Whoever answered the phone to take my cake order was definitely rude. When I came in to check in on my cake the asian man was actually very nice. And then of course when I come to pick up my cake they did it wrong. And worst of all when I surprise my friend with his cake for his birthday and we start eating it, the cake was smushed on the bottom, hard and stale. It was definitely a couple days old. Disgusting. Never coming here again.

I am grateful to have a Baskin Robbins so close in this area. I always stop by to try out the new flavor of the month. Customer service is always wonderful and helpful. All the employees including the manager have always greeted me politely. The employees are always so patient and nice; even when I am unable to make up my mind.

Service is good. But 2 things that always bother me: getting in and out of parking lot is a nightmare and this BR rarely has pints of the ice cream I like.

Don’t go when the little red 31 flavors Mini Cooper is parked out front. Seems the owner is a tiny bit greedy with the scoops. In this day and age it’s probably better to buy your own ice cream maker or go to a nearby grocery store. I’m not going to this place again.

This Baskins is getting a 2 star review because they really need to clean up their act around the store. It’s a little beat up, both inside and out, and for some reason it doesn’t seem like they have as many flavors as other stores. The day we came, our ice cream was a little soft, so I have to assume there is a freezer issue. Parking is horrible at this location because you are fighting with a donut shop, nail shop and a laundromat. I would definately take the drive to the Baskin Robbins in South Pasadena before I hit this one again.

I haven’t been here for a while but I’m glad I came to this one instead of the one closer to home. The employee was super fabulous and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name and the receipt said«Manager». She was patient as I was asking her a bunch of dumb questions about flavors and prices for a cake for my 4 year old. She helped to finally decided and did it with a smile. Not only that she made me an iced coffee that was great! She even explained to me the process of email coupons, which at first I was super devastated, you have to print them out the icing on the cake of my beautiful experience with her was that I get coupons left & right, on my cup and my receipt!!! Fabulous!!! Thank you. I wish I have gotten her name…

I’m giving 2 stars to the owner who is really nice and friendly. However, there was an asian lady working there today and she was SO not happy to be there. She didn’t smile, didn’t welcome us in, just miserable person. All I’m saying is either be grateful you have a job or find a new one. People out there would die for a job and be happy to be there.

I wish I didn’t even have to give 1 star! STAYAWAYFROMTHISBASKINROBBINS!!! The owner is absolutely crazy! First we walked and and she was eating ice cream from the tubs!!! How nasty is that!!! Then we asked about some knotts berry farm coupons, and she had a terrible terrible attitude! «I’m not getting up to tell you pricing» wow!!! She needs to get a clue!!! Her customer service is horrible!!! This is our community spot for ice cream, we will definitely spread the word about this location! We do not want our kids around this woman! She started yelling at us that she«is too busy» when there was no one else in the shop??? I would rather drive to San Gabriel baskin Robbins with owners Houng and Jim!!! They are always happy to help! And would love and appriciate any business they get! And their cakes are beautiful !!!

Cookies and cream and/or Rocky Road. It is better if you buy the $ 5.00 Quart.

BR = Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors for me. BR = Banana Republic for boy toy The confusion persists throughout our dating years LOL! Ice cream is consistently good BR31 quality. Prices have risen slightly but so has everything else(except the housing industry). Service provided by the Asian guy is always with a smile and patience — after all, there are 31 flavors to choose from.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! What the hell happened to Baskin Robbins!!! I have nothing bad to say about this particular Baskin Robbins(I just recently visited this one). My complaint is about all Baskin Robbins in general. First of all, when did this place get so expensive? $ 2 and something cents for one, yes ONE, scoop of ice cream. Not to mention the fact that if you want it on a cone it’s $.75 extra… WHAT!!! The only reason why I settled for this place is because I was doing laundry right next door to this place, and I needed to get my fix of ice cream before I go postal. Second, their ice cream seemed so watered down. It didn’t have that creamy flavor I was hoping for. I was very, VERY disappointed! I could have gone to Rite Aid and bought one scoop of ice cream for $.99(I think it’s $.99; it’s been a while) and not have to pay extra for the stupid cone. Plus, Thrifty’s ice cream is WAAYYY better than this place. Why didn’t I go to Rite Aid instead, you ask? Well there wasn’t a Rite Aid strategically placed next to the laundry mat I was at. Plus I didn’t think Baskin Robbins was THAT ridiculously priced! NEVERAGAIN!!! It’s Thrifty’s ice cream(when I’m on a budget) from now on!!! Next time I do laundry I’m going to the donut shop instead!
