Why have I not been shopping at this location? Because I cannot stand the parking in this particular shopping center, but I’m over that now. My friend suggested we come here to shop for her baby shower guest gifts and game prizes, and what a great idea, one stop shop, in and out, my kind of shopping. The workers here are happy, helpful, and friendly from the moment we walked in, love u guys!!! They have great sales and a clearance table, YES. Not as big as other locations, but it has not been crowded on my last couple visits, so I’m hooked, this will be my go to from now on.

This location is great… the staff is super nice here, and the selection is wonderful. I’ll be back soon for my holiday shopping.

My favorite bbw! Joey and Neiman are so friendly and helpful it makes the shopping experience great! They were able to help me pick a few new scents perfect for the season and even recommended I try the wallflowers (which are great btw). Overall will definitely be returning and making this my new permanent bbw.

I’m a big fan of their wallflowers. And I only get some when they’re on sale. With an added discount, it can get so much cheaper.
The staff were amazingly nice when I walked in. I was helped immediately.

Wher do I begin? I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to the store and was greeted immediately by the 2 nicest men I’ve ever come across. Professional and knowledgeable about all products. Not only did they treat me as if I owned the store, they treated everyone the same way. Jordan & Neimen were a berth of fresh air with their willingness to make the customers happy. Now that I know this store is here I will definitely be back for my personal needs as well as for gift giving. I’m going home very happy! :-)

I loooooove this location!
Its always clean and well stocked ad its close to my house. Most B&BW are inside crowded malls and this location sits in a shopping center that doesn’t have a huge crowd so the parking is much easier than going to a mall.
The staff is always helpful when I go here and of course they have a good selections of sprays, lotions and me personally, I’m a hug fan of their candle scents. This is my go to location! I love it!

I love popping in here cause there is always a sale going on. I don’t know if this store gets much traffic cause they are always in stock or everything!!! Which is great! The store is super clean and neat! I always pick my gifts up from here cause I’m in and out

look, i know i have a B&BW «issue.» it’s my one girly indulgence: i cannot get enough of their delicious-​smelling products. having tried other, cheaper products, i can say that the quality of B&BW’s lotions, shower gels, and other indulgent toiletries is worth the price — especially if you take advantage of their twice-​yearly semi-​annual clearance sales. i have been known to walk into a B&BW and leave with two giant bags full of product, enough to feed my addiction for the six months until the next big sale.
so now that i’ve established my B&BW Love street creds… for several years now, THIS is the location i always go to. it is not the closest one to me. it is not the biggest one with the best selection. no, i always go out of my way to come here because hands-​down the service is so good. i’ve been to a lot of other B&BWs across the country and it’s never as good as here, so i know this location is something special, and not just people following an employee handbook. you are always greeted when arriving. you are left to browse in peace. they are ridiculously friendly and cheerful. employees — both male and female — also are knowledgeable about their products and can help you find anything and make good recommendations. they’re never pushy, super helpful, and best of all, you get the feeling they really like working there and that they care about their jobs. when you leave, you actually feel happy that you stopped in.
so big props to the Ladera Center B&BW — you’ve taken a chain store and made it into something special.
