Best Booth Plus

Having a photo booth at my wedding was one of the elements I was most excited about in planning for my wedding so it’s really painful that it ended up as the one blight on the entire day. First off, leading up to the wedding, Adam’s responsiveness to emails was pretty paltry. We made the decision to pay the entire cost upon booking which seems like a mistake in retrospect because we never felt like a priority in communication. A number of our emails had to be sent a second or even a third time before we would even get a response. If that was the only issue though, we would have been completely ok with it. This wasn’t the only issue by a long shot. Let us run through a couple of the lesser mistakes first. The photo strip. Despite our request to include the date of our wedding on the strips themselves, this never happened. The photo book. It was supposed to be a book right? This is what we understood. Apparently Adam must have forgotten it because all of our photos and signatures are on loose sheets of construction paper. My five year old nephew could have gotten the same results. The worst thing that happened though? Adam completely forgot about what day our wedding was. He had to be called to be reminded and was two hours late because of it, giving us access to the booth for only half of what we paid. This service could not have been more of a disaster. If you live in LA, you have a lot of choices. This should not be one of them.

We hired Best Booth Plus for two parties now and have not been disappointed! Adam shows up on time (even early!) to set up and make sure everything is perfect. He is professional, friendly and always ensures the client is getting quality images, products and services. His rates were very reasonable and the props are fun! It’s been the hit of both parties and now we have memories to cherish forever. Thanks, Best Booth Plus!

We chose Best Booth Plus for our wedding this past Saturday and I have to say that we were beyond happy with the services and product provided by Adam.
We hired Best Booth Plus for 5 hours from 530p to 1030p, Adam was at the venue before I, the groom, got there at 430p setting up. He was up and running by 515p and he stayed beyond 1030p not to shut down and clean up but continually accommodating our guests willingly… definitely above and beyond. Adam was both professional and personable. There are many weddings with photo booths where I have attended and the attendant is pretty ‘blah.‘
The booth is large with a huge assortment of props to use. The pictures were great quality and there was a continuous streaming slideshow for our guests to see. You have the option of taking the picture in color or black/​white.
Adam even designed the graphics on the bottom of the photostrips (included in the price) that mirrored our wedding invitation giving it continuity.
You can’t beat the pricing. The prices are all inclusive so there is no bait and switch and there is no option of ordering a la carte which is a plus so that you won’t have to be torn what to get and not to get. Our photographer was blown away on how affordable Best Booth Plus was… he thought it was some deal off of the social websites.
Pros: Professional, punctual service, large booth, personalized graphics, unlimted EVERYTHING, etc.
Cons: Why other photobooth services can’t learn from Adam

I must say, I was utterly impressed with the quality and service of Best Booth Plus. Adam provided a service that was second to none. We had a taco guy, casino tables with dealers, and a photo booth and I dare say the photo booth stole the show. Adam was a class act, professional, punctual, and helpful. He made sure EVERYONE had a great time! We have decided from here on out that any party we throw must have a photo booth. Adam, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We definitely would recommend Best Booth Plus without reservation.

I recently hosted a 70’s Themed Bday Party for myself and everyone is still talking about the Photo Booth! Adam was very professional, he set up ahead of time and was ready to start right on time. He was super helpful at creating the scrapbook (which I am in LOVE with) and made sure everyone signed it. The prop box was awesome and my party goers are convinced that we must have a photo booth at every event!
Btw, I had to cancel another photo booth company because they couldn’t set up at my venue which was upstairs… but BEST PHOTO BOOTH set up with no problem and everything was included in the price!!! did I mention the booth was cute!!! :) Def recommended!
