Best Mailbox

I have had a mailbox here for over a year. This place has really gone down the toilet since Sam left. They do not open on time (I’m writing this from my car in their parking lot 40 minutes after they’re supposed to be open and still not), they open at strange times on weekends if at all (last week owner didn’t bother to tell another customer she was not coming in due to sinus issues), and the new owner is not very friendly or helpful. This did not bother me for a couple months, but after they lost an expensive package and the new owner refused to extend my rental at all like I’d been promised, I realized I’m getting screwed by this place. When you try to call to see about their hours or if they will even be open, it just rings and rings and rings and rings.
Update: Now close to 11am, two hours after posted open time, time for me to leave. Wasted time, wasted gas. Any mail for several customers waiting out front will have to wait.
When you need a mailbox, you need two things: 1: a mailbox. 2: some sense of reliability. This place completely fails on the latter since Sam left in 2015.
Bring Sam back! I’ll be leaving this place behind once my mailbox rental is over.
On the plus side, it is a mailbox. So I guess it gets two stars by default.

Ask for Sam. He is very friendly and personable. He has a white screen set up on one wall and a mirror to doublecheck your appearance before he takes your picture. Sam also handles Passport pictures for America, Argentina, Canada, Kenya, and Spain as well as photos for Visas and INS Paperwork. They also have shipping supplies, post office boxes, fax, scan, film processing, and printing services. I docked them a star because it took them 30 min to warm up their printer and I had to keep a Consulate waiting for this.
