I found BHR on groupon and came to Unilocal to see the reviews. I was impressed so decided to get the Botox groupon that they offered. When I entered the space, I found it very clean and all the staff was very welcoming. I had the honor of having Sydney administer my first experience with Botox. Not only was she very informative, she listened to my concerns and needs, was honest, sweet, present and funny, making me feel at ease about my first Botox experience.
After two weeks I wasn’t pleased with the full outcome so I wrote an email to leave feedback. The assistant manager Camellia wrote me back instantly and also called, she was also very helpful and kind. She listened to my concern and invited me back the next day to make sure I got the results I was looking for free of charge.
I was very impressed by the professionalism and great customer service. So I came back and got the lovely Sydney again, and decided to do the add ons that she had, in a very NON-​pushy way, previously suggested. I feel confident that I will be pleased with the outcome and secure in the fact that if I am not they will do what’s necessary to make it right.
I will be going back to BHR and Sydney for my future skin care needs and suggest you do the same. Their customer service is commendable and all around I am very happy to consider myself a dedicated patient.

First I was annoyed because my appointment was for 11:45 am but they called and said my appointment was for 2pm. It’s a Friday and eh… just means I didn’t have to go back to the office. I never had dermal fillers before. Got a Groupon for 1.5 cc of Radiesse. But wound having to buy an additional syringe at $ 549 of Restalyne for my nasal frown lines. Dunno if that’s what it should cost, but that’s what they charged me. If you have saggy puppy dog eyes and strong nasal frown lines like me you’d need 3 syringes. I didn’t know that. I’m happy with my results… I cried when I saw that I no longer looked like some saggy faced old woman who I couldn’t even identity with her reflection looking back at me from the mirror. Heidi was my physician assistant… and I’m definitely coming back for the other syringe for the full total correction :)

Booked an appointment a few weeks ago and one day before my appointment lady calls to tell me the PA won’t be in that morning and they have to move my time to the afternoon. Not the greatest experience just first hand. Didn’t offer me anything for my time but an apology. They had stated when I made my appointment that if I was 10 mins late that they won’t see me but now it’s their fault for having to reschedule my appointment and they didn’t seem sincere at all. Definitely won’t be coming here for any services in the future.

Nice and clean place, easy parking around, friendly staff. I got groupon for dysport to treat my forehead wrinkles. Have done dysport before at another place and loved the results. Decided to try beverly hills rejuvenation center as they are closer to me and the deal on the groupon was way too good to pass. Anyways, was treated by Heidi. She was very gentle when injecting and also has explained everything. Overall, she left a very pleasant impression as a person.
To my great dissatisfaction, apparently, I was injected way too much dysport in my forehead and between my eyebrows:
1) I literally have no movement in my forehead, it is frozen
2) My eyebrows dropped significantly, which gives me a constant evil look
3) Heavy eyelids, eyes appear smaller
Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the result and can’t wait until dysport wears off (I have done the procedure 4 days ago, which means that dysport didn’t even kick in completely, I am dreading the idea that things could get even worse)

I went to HRC for a dose of Xeomin. I had good results with a groupon at another medical spa and decided to try Xeomin again on another section of my forehead because BHRC had a special rate through groupon. After the injection, I waited 48 hours. nothing. I called and was told to give it two weeks. I went on vacation in Istanbul for two weeks and still nothing. I went back to BHRC and the staff was very nice, offered to inject again. I took their offer. the results are visible this time and I will try their other services in the future!

There’s a young lady who works there named Sydney. Ask for her. She is the best, period. I wouldn’t trust another person in the world with my face. Sydney is efficient and honest. You will feel confident in her hands. Sydney will not try to sell you anything you don’t need. She will tell you exactly what to expect and explain all procedures, thoroughly. You will get the results she promises.
Everything else about BHRC is first-​class. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. You will know immediately you are in the right place. And, don’t forget to ask for Sydney.

I found a great deal here via Groupon for 1 syringe of Restylane, I was nervous because I’d had a bad Groupon experience elsewhere, but I was blown away by the quality, professionalism, and high standards this facility offered! It’s clean, modern, and has a welcoming staff.
Of course, the most important part is the treatment… this was my first time ever getting fillers, and I was super nervous about lip injections. I was treated by Heidi, she was thorough, caring, and explained everything that was happening… I loved her. I walked in hesitant, and walked with full lips & confidence, I am a new fan of lip fillers because of this place. I HIGHLY recommend!

From the moment I walked in the front desk girls were so welcoming! As a new patient I was given my paperwork to fill out and was taken in to be seen promptly. My provider was very thorough and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I was at ease when she told me what to expect. This was my first time getting filler and I was super nervous. The procedure was quick, painless and easy breezy!
I am so so pleased that I found this place through a friend of mine — I am very picky and trusted her judgement, especially when getting injections in ones face! I am very happy with my overall experience as well as my results. Thank you girls! I will definitely be back to see you all soon ;)

My first visit with a groupon was less than successful. I would be leaving less stars except the customer service and ability to rectify the situation was handled superbly.
I understand that mistakes can happen and their is no fault, it is how a business handles it that gets my loyalty. The staff, technicians and manager, Maria handled a potentially delicate situation without me feeling like I had done something wrong.

Upon arriving I was fearful of LA parking. There’s a small parking lot within the plaza and I’ve never had a problem.
Entering the front door of the med spa I was greeted by two friendly female faces. Bright and cheery they checked me right away and I only waited a few minutes before being called.
The spa manager had a world of knowledge and was able to advise me on the treatment best suited for my needs.
Being olive skin I have melasma/​hyperpigmentation which drives me crazy and causes me to feel uncomfortable without makeup. I’ve received a few IPL lasers as well as laser hair removal treatments from two of the nurses on staff, Sydney and Nicole. They both were very knowledgeable and professional. Sydney and Nicole managed to smooth out my skin and minimize skin discoloration on my face. I’m extremely happy with the results! I hardly felt discomfort for both types of treatments. My friends noticed a big difference and I referred them right away.
I will be back!
I highly recommend BHRC across the board for both men and woman. They offer a variety of services in aesthetics.
The plaza also has a great nail art studio right next door!

Sent my wife in for Xeomin and Juvederm — part of a birthday present. Was met in the pleasant reception area by an efficient and cheerful young woman named Barbie. Wife was attended by Master Injector and Registered Nurse Charmaine Bade. There were some areas in her face that neither one of us thought could be filled by Juvederm, but Charmaine did some amazing work. I sat and watched while Charmaine very patiently and very expertly injected — no anesthetic needed, not a peep out of the wifey. Tried to get her to post a photo, but she values her anonymity. Wife now looks at least 10 years younger and you’ll just have to take my word for it :-) The place is otherwise very professional, elegant, with soothing and competent staff. Free parking. Very competitive fees. Really as good as it gets!

I bought a groupon as well as many other reviewers for a filler. I had the filler placed in my cheeks I looked great for 2wks then my cheeks went flat again :(I feel it was a waste of my $ 300.
However the girl injected me was super friendly and nice and office was clean parking lot very tiny but I was lucky enough to get front parking. :D
I will provide a before and after although the before pic I have no makeup on after pic I do but you can see there is no difference at all.
