After searching the racks at DSW and Broadway Shoes with limited styles and sizes of Birks, I decided to head over to the only Birkenstock store on this side of the hill. So glad I did! All (I mean ALL) the styles and colors of Birks, so many to choose. Fantastic service!!! The owner helped me pick out the best fitting pair. It was actually cold outside in LA the wind was kicking, the owner GAVE me a Birkenstock scarf to warm me up! Amazing in this town… consideration for a cold lady! I love my Birks, love the store, love my scarf and I will be back! Did I mention the owner was handsome…

Love my Birks. We are very familiar with the product and didn’t mind driving almost an hour to the Birkenstock Store in WEHO. The selection is great and the service was top notch. Planned on leaving with 2 pairs, but instead, left with 4.

My first time buying birks, and the man who helped me felt very genuine and down to earth. The man he was helping before me was a handful but even with him he kept his patience, and when I was trying on my pair I asked for different sizes at least 3 times but he didn’t seem irked in the slightest. When I tried on my last size, he explained to me why I shouldn’t get any smaller or larger by showing me that my foot would slip forward past the sole if it was smaller, which made me feel very comfortable in my purchase.

Wow! I bought a fabulous pair of shoes yesterday but more importantly discovered a real gem of a store. The owner helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and was incredibly nice in the process. I’ve already recommend this store to my mom and I will definitely shop there again.

I had no idea there was this great Birkenstock (they do sell other comfort shoes) store across the street from the CS medical towers, but I stumbled upon it last week after an appointment there. I had been looking online for a particular style and was happy to be able to try it on. I ended up with another pair because the owner, a very helpful gentleman, brought them to my attention. He showed me several styles of shoes before I ended up with my gold Gizeh style shoes. (LOVE them!) Tons of inventory for such a small space. Great client service — I’ll be back!

Apparently Paulie S. hasn’t spoken with Galit, because she has nothing more to offer than complete and utter customer satisfaction… from sizing to personal opinion on style, she was on the ball… already a fan of the Sherman Oaks store, I will definitely be returning here! tried the store twice this week during their open hours. the first time the lights were on and a sign said open but no one was there and the door was locked.
the second time i called to make sure that someone would be there. the person answering the phone assured me they would be there until closing.
parked two blocks away — the store was closed with a sign this time — back at 3.
