Description

Specialties

Here at Chalio’s we specialize in Birria, we have a recipe that dates back to the turn of the century. Birria is Goat or Lamb depending on what region of mexico you visit. There are different cuts, with bones and without. i recommend with bones more flavor, however get ready for the labour of love. every dish is served with freshly made 10 inch corn tortillas garnished with onion and cilantro, and our house special hot sauce, i mean hhottttt a few drops will kick up your dish a few knots. we aslo offer other dishes, but the Birria is supreme here. Enjoy!
