Blue Shield… just like EVERY HEARTLESS MONEY GRUBBING CORPORATE SOCIETAL CANCER denies access to husbands needed medicine NOT because they don’t cover it. BUT because they expect him to take a series of other medicines before going to the one his ACTUAL DOCTOR WITH TRAINING has prescribed for him for a long time. He is denied needed medicine until THEY are happy that he’s tried the drugs their pharmaceutical drug pushers want him to take. Not doctors. Drug pushers. Drug dealers. Now I know what the Shield is for… it’s to shield their patients from needed medicines. It’s unfortunate I am forced to avoid the stronger language they so greatly deserve.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. 3 hours on the phone to get them to fax a PA over to my doctor. Followed up and they DID NOT DO IT. Can you believe it? Now I am trying to call again and the phone keeps going dead? No answering service nothing… I’m disgusted.

I HATE BLUE SHIELD! I applied last time, and they took me so long to get the process done, for almost 2 months by asking with the ‘doesn’t make sense’- questions by phone.
Finally I cancelled my application and I want to get my refund of my application and it’s 2.5 months right now, they really like don’t care to give my refund back.
I called them sooo many times, but their service knowing that I want to ask about the refund, they treat me like a trash and they hung up the phone many times.
