Terrible customer service. returned an item almost 6 weeks ago still haven’t received my refund. I contacted them 2 weeks after the item arrived back to them and they said they would process the return. 3 weeks later still nothing. its almost impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. I want my money back

You can’t get customer service on the phone.
They don’t return calls.
They don’t return emails.
Any company that cares so little about customer service is someplace you should never do business with.

I cancelled an order; they made a mistake, and still sent it to me. They charged my credit card. In order to get refund, I had to ship items back at my cost. What a rip-​off. I have already started talking to other LE Agencies regarding their poor customer service. I’m still trying to get my money at this time. Had to go through my Credit Card company to dispute the unauthorized charges.

I wish I can give — stars.
I ordered a 10 round sig sauer mag to be california compliant and they send me a 15 round mec gar mag and they won’t even exchange it. Customer service is the worst too. Stay away from Botach everyone Please. I already filed a complaint to better business bureau they should reach out to them soon.

I made the same mistake on a tavor trigger. Got a Gisele super sabra 2 stage trigger 340.05 with 43 in stock? 2day shipping and it never came 8 days later call to find out it’s back ordered. Funny you web sight says 43 available? Wtf? Another drop ship cheese ball company! Never again. I will buy from out of state and save on tax from this point forward!!!

I’ve been shopping at Botach for years now and have always received great service. Whether from the online store or in person, they’ve always helped me find what I wanted.

Placed an order for an in stock item but after more than two weeks of delays and excuses it had still not shipped. Don’t trust them with your hard earned money, stay away!

I’m a fan of Botach. I’ve been doing business with them for years. During the last magazine shortage, Botach did not inflate prices in order to take advantage of the situation. There were several highly-​rated companies who did and I will not do business with them again.
Awesome prices! Free shipping??? How can you beat that?
I’m sorry some other customers feel differently. While I do validate their complaints, I have to honestly say, I’ve never had a problem with Botach.

I’m a law enforcement officer in Los Angeles, so I typically order online and then pick up from the company (only an option for LE/​Military personnel). I have to say, other then it being difficult to find, I have never had a problem and they are great at customer service when you deal with them in person. One of my coworkers bought a gun from them and it was by far the most pleasant gun buying experience I’ve ever witnessed. I love going to Botach. For any Los Angeles area LE/​Military folks, I highly recommend.

I’ve never had a worse experience.
I ordered an EOTech EXPS3−0 from Botach, a shipping label was printed the next day. After 3 days of nothing shipped i started calling them and was told that the item would be shipped out soon, they were busy because of black friday. A week later I was told the item was on backorder. I requested to speak to a supervisor but she was not availible every time i asked… It seems very suspicious.
I continued to call about twice a week and kept being told it was on back order.
I saw the online stock go up from 1 item to 4 items. It’s now 3 weeks from the purchase date. I called again, I was told someone would look into it and get back to me.
Yet another week later I noticed the item went on sale on their website. I called again (now a month from the original purchase date) and was promised someone would look into it. I called back later that date and got someone else. I was told that it was a limited quantity item that they would not be able to fulfill and they are issuing a refund. A refund is not acceptable, I want the item I ordered for the price I ordered it at. I asked for a supervisor/​manager/​anyone in charge… no one was available, no one in charge is ever available, they clearly don’t want to talk to customers.
I suspect the real issue is that they did not want to honor the sale price for the item. It took them a month of holding onto my money before getting to this point because they charged my credit card the very next day after placing the order.
I don’t want my money back, I want the sale price that I bought my optic for.

Ordered through their website, received an email confirming the shipping and tracking number that never worked, called several times and only got their answer machine, none of my emails were answered. Terrible experience.

Company doesn’t have the decency to tell you the item ordered is on backorder even though website state that it is in stock.
Order was place 11÷5÷2014 and finally get a call after disputing charge with my CC 11/​24/​2014
These people are F-​ing lazy, so they charged me and product has yet to ship.
So I asked them to refund me by Nov. 21^st if they do not ship by then. They have the audacity to print a shipping label the 20^th but nothing shows up on UPS regarding product being picked up. How F-​ing lazy and sleazy can Botach employees be?
It’s not like anyone can’t print a label and not ship.

Always helpful and very professional. Lots of items to choose from. Always walk out with something that helps me at work.

I’ve purchased from Botach Inc many times for myself, for family and friends, and my orders were always reasonably priced, accurate, and promptly delivered. I select carefully and haven’t encountered any errors in sizes, colors, quantities, etc., so I can’t comment on problem resolution; there have been no problems. I highly recommend them.

Just ordered a holster for my S&W was an amazing price & great quality the also had an amazing deal on magazines for my AR the happy mag deal highly recommended it shipped and got to me real quick they are a great company I always save so much money shopping with them thanks for the amazing service BOTACH

Cheap but you get what you pay for.
If you look at their website Botach purchases a lot from liquidation sales and then they turn around and sell it to you. For example I purchased a mount that was sold as NEW but when I received the item it was water damaged from the original packaging, instruction sheet, and water spots on the mount. I wouldn’t have a problem if they stated this in the description I wouldn’t have a problem but I was lead to believe it was NEW.
Also they run tons of deals but if you ONLY order the deal item and if they are not going to make a profit after shipping (everything they sell has free shipping) they will tell you its back ordered with no ETA and force you to cancel your order. But when you go to the website it still shows the item in stock. Happened to be a couple of times already.
Overall they might have the lowest price but I rather pay a little extra deal with an ethical company.

They say items on their site are available, and they are not. They say that items are available through their Amazon Marketplace, and they are not.
When forced to cancel the transaction made through Amazon because it is back ordered, I questioned why they still show it as available through their website. Their response:
«I apologize that you feel that way.»
Yikes.
ETA: It may be worth your time to look at the over 150 filtered reviews as well. There is a suspicious habit of 5 star reviews popping up the day of or the day after any negative review is posted (including mine). Generally, these are single review accounts. Very odd to me.
