Placed an order for $ 200 worth of leggings and my credit card was charged immediately. A week or so later I had not received any kind of confirmation so I emailed to follow up. I got a response that said that the items were discontinued. I then canceled the order and asked for a refund. It has now been almost 2 months — they inexplicably refunded about $ 30 but since then have gone completely dark, owing me $ 160. ORDERWITHCAUTION.

I got an email from this company on July 3rd saying they received my return package and I would a refund would be credited to my card within 5 – 14 days. Over 2 months later I have received no refund, and the customer service is atrocious. I actually just got laughed at over the phone. Disgusting business practices.

This company would not exchange a purchased item and were rude about it. Terrible company and climate. STay away from them if you want customer satisfaction.
