Brian is awesome. He started helping me at the perfect time and I only wish it was sooner. My husband and I were so frustrated with the real estate agent that was helping us find a second home we travel for business and we got a tip from a friend in the LA area about Brian. Gave him a call and he made finding our house a breeze. We didn’t have to compromise at all and ended up with more than we even imagined we could gain. Not only did we find a great place near mid-​Wilshire but we also made a great investment and are nearby to tons of stuff we can walk to and drive to many nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Our friends and family that have come to visit can’t believe how great our place is and what a great deal Brian got for us. To top it all off, I know you were probably thinking it couldn’t get better, but he also gave us a Nest thermostat as a housewarming gift it’s so cool! If you don’t know what it is google it!!! Thanks Brian!!!

I just moved to LA (for work, don’t know the city yet) and Brian helped me find an incredible loft downtown in a great building, all within my price range. A lot of other realtors I tried working with were all fluff, they talked a big game and didn’t deliver, and were only looking out for themselves (essentially, they showed overpriced shit). Brian not only found me a great space but he took into account a lot of other factors that any other realtor would have ignored (proximity to work, flow of traffic with my commute, nightlife interests, proximity to a nice gym). He also recommend some restaurants and bars in my area. All in all, I felt like I was working with someone who cared about finding me a place I would love, not a prick trying to make a sale. I’m generally not one to actually write a Unilocal review but this experience compelled me to actually sign into my account and put some words on the screen.

I bought my first house with Brian and I’m so glad I did. He guided me through the whole process — was always super patient as i was extremely picky and had particular needs. He was just great. Such a nice, knowledgable guy. He’s not sharky like a lot of agents out there that i interacted with. They can be really obnoxious and pushy. Brian isn’t like that — he’s cool and he works hard and he just wanted me to get the right place for the right price. I’ve recommended a lot of friends to Brian and if I ever buy again — his phone will be ringing!
