I was looking for an insurance company for my sr22 and vehicle and Will was amazing!!! Broadway was awesome! Up to date quotes and beat competitor prices! If your looking for insurance be known that Will is on top of it!!!

A couple of years ago I bought a bike and then ON MY OWN, got insurance at a good price with Progressive. When I tried to bundle it with my new car, the price was way too much for me! Thats when I found Broadway Insurance and connected with William. I don’t remember how I found him, he just appeared to me like a savior and helped me find affordable car insurance separate from Progressive.
When I first got help from William at Broadway, I remember being very hesitant to put my insurance responsibilities in someone else’s hands. I was a bit skeptical because he did it so quickly and easily but he was able to answer every question and concern that I had. Will is very knowledgeable in his profession and extremely personable and comforting to talk to. Every time I talk with him on the phone, he speaks to me with respect, urgency and professionalism.
This year my bike insurance more than QUADRUPLED and I had no choice but to leave Progressive and contact Will without a second thought! He, with no surprise, found what worked best for me and gave me one less financial issue to worry about.
With how busy my schedule is and how unfamiliar I am with the ins and outs of insurance, I can easily trust that William will take care of me and find me the companies with the best policies for the best prices.

I don’t think they are appreciate enough and so I’m here to show some love. I have been with them for over a year now and they are constantly working overtime to make sure I am happy! I was first referred to Josh, who is William’s brother. My boyfriend and I were having a difficult time with state farm not returning out calls and not renewing our policy. I care so much about customer service and theirs was definitely not cutting it. From reference I contacted Will, and started working with them. So not only is William down to earth, he is extremely sharp! Aside from being an agent, this is speaking as an individual. If you have questions about coverage, weird grey area questions, lol, I probably wouldn’t contact anyone other than him. Aside from this trait, which is needed from any given CPA, Lawyer, Agent… I’ve found that they actually care about their clients compare to anyone I’ve ever worked with. None the lesssss, he was able to switch us to another carrier, better coverage… And works out for my boyfriend who is in and out of driver for Über or Lyft… It’s not really about price with these guys. They are very good at what they do, glad I had found them. Very appreciative of everything and totally look forward to working with them. Thank you.

I don’t think anyone looks forward to shopping for insurance, but Broadway Insurance Services made the experience as pleasant as possible. First off, William was very helpful and easy to talk to. I like to be thorough and get the best deal possible. I never felt rushed, in fact, William took plenty of time answering my questions and giving me all the information I needed to make my decision. He ended up finding me a very good rate with a low deductible, and helped me make my first payment. Another plus was that unlike at other places I’ve been, he didn’t charge a broker fee. He even stayed late to help me get my auto-​payments set up. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for insurance.

Thank you for clearing things up as far as insurance goes and putting me with a better insurance company. To anyone reading, I’ve had some bad experiences with other local insurance agencies, I’ve found out the hard way that most so called brokers with many reviews are actually misleading their customers to make money from charging high fee’s to the uninformed while having customers unknowingly sign off on them. Since I’ve switched over to Broadway Insurance, my new broker has not only found me a much better option, he has explained to me many things dishonest brokers probably wouldn’t tell customers for the sake of making more money off of them. My entire experience was very easy, I pay a competitive rate on the day I’d like, the process for starting the policy was quick and easy without fee’s of any sort, everything was done very transparently, and my policy at the other broker was cancelled before the draft came out. I feel extremely comfortable with the agency, my broker is attentive, cares about my business with him, and does only what’s best for me. Although they’re located in a pretty hip and upcoming part of Downtown, you don’t have to visit to get insurance with them, a phone call works equally well. I learned some important things and am happy I can support these guys. If you ever question a broker for anything weird, ever get a feeling they’re not explaining something to you, or just want to know the truth about it all, I suggest giving Will a call. Thanks again!

I was recommended to Broadway insurance after my previous insurance company notified me they were going to raise my monthly rate to $ 330 because «rates have gone up in [my] area». That is a car payment! So Will shopped around for me and found me a company that would take care of me for a lower deductible and save me $ 100 a month. I had never gone through a broker before and I asked him tons of questions and he was always available to answer anything that came to mind and make me feel more comfortable with the process. I just recently decided to change my plan and he remains just a phone call away open and available to assist me with any changes I may have.

I had recently moved to Downtown, Los Angeles when it accrued to me how important having Renters Insurance was. I checked out a few different places that, in my opinion, were to expensive.

From speaking with him, he really broke everything down to me in a way that was super quick, easy, and professional. (For those of you, like myself who don’t know the ins and outs of insurance policy’s.) I called the following day, and was insured that same day.
He sent me a couple of the lowest rates he could find and got me the cheapest. That covers my home and all of my work related materials, he even got coverage for my pet. It’s relieving to know that there’s a company out there that you can trust. I feel very confident knowing that my home and my puppy is covered through Broadway Insurance.
