Purchased the handheld Gimbi system for my GoPro camera. The particular batch of units I tested had some flaws (on/​off switch became stuck and unit began to smoke). Wasn’t able to get my hands on a working unit unfortunately.
Having said that, the employees of the company were VERY helpful and quick to respond to my issues. They delivered new units each time mine failed. I tested 3 over the course of 3 days and they refunded my money immediately when I requested it.
Although the product hasn’t been perfected quite yet, I know they’re working hard to improve their product and I’ll definitely contact them again in the near future.
