great location. Jamie and Blanca are fantastic, management not so much. People have no regards for their neighbors or the building in general. hallways always smell, dogs barking, people smoking.

I called Burton Way home for 2 years. It was a wonderful place to live. I walked everywhere– the location was fantastic. Blanca, who is in charge of cleaning the grounds was an absolute joy to be around. Jamie was always there for me when I needed a repair in my apartment. Sam was a great building manager! Thank you Burton Way! I will recommend you guys to anyone moving your way.

I would give this building 0 stars if I could. had problems since I first moved here, and cliffs notes version — nobody knows what they’re doing and the lack of communication between the previous property manager and the current that’s «on top of things.» pshhhh! for this price you could live in a building w a door man, laundry in unit, elevators that work and hallways that don’t wreak of BO everyday!!! do not rent from here if you’re smart!!!

I’ve had many clients over at Burton Way and they’ve always been treated very well by the staff. It’s a great community, the management team is very friendly and it’s extremely close to Cedars-​Sinai hospital. The property is kept up and it’s a great location. Definitely recommended!
