I’ve been doing smog checks for 8 years. I’m trying really hard to bring customer service back into an industry where there’s no customer service.

Most people are completely terrified of getting a smog check especially if they have an older vehicle, so if I can do anything right is to give people good information, so that every customer will feel comfortable getting a smog check and embrace a smog check as a way to see how their car doing in order to prepare for future maintenance.
