I was so grateful to be able to go to Dr. Caren about six years ago when he diagnosed a couple of heart issues that had gone ignored by a handful of cardiologists for many years. Dr. Caren keeps up on the new research and sent me to Dr. Noël Barri-​Merz at the Cedar Sinai Women’s Heart Center and together they have performed miracles. I now am stable, on the right medication, am not fearful and the quality of my life is now really good. I can’t say enough about the nursing and office staff, always friendly and smiling to everyone who walks into the office. I would recommend Dr. Caren to anyone who needs a good cardiologist that really cares about his patients.

The staff of a physician reflects the physician. Regarding professionalism, the staff of this physician has been observed to act in a negative manner towards patients. Also, the staff appears to be more interested in money and insurance coverage than patient welfare. This appears to reflect the attitude of Dr. Caren. He stopped serving as a preferred provider so that he could charge higher fees to patients.
