This place sucks and can’t manage anything. If the line has more than 2 people than you’re going to be waiting 30 minutes for your order to be complete.

Do Not Eat Here!!! I’ve been throwing up, with diarrhea, all day-ate the one thing there that I like, the chicken club-and have been in excruciating pain-all day, and last night as well. I should have trusted my instincts, but was in need of food and other places were closed. DON’t DOIT!!!

Honestly I only come here because it’s the closest Carl’s Jr to my house and I love their chicken tenders. If it weren’t I wouldn’t step foot in it! The ladies at the counter don’t speak English very well and have conversations with themselves or with the customers even though the line is super long. Bad customer service but the food is good. I wish they cared about us the hungry customers seeing as how I could get a burger for cheaper at Jacks or McDs.

All-natural burger is, awesome. Chicken tenders are really good, too. Service was great and prompt. Definitely coming back, soon.

When I go to this location is normally when I’m on my lunch from work. I will barely make it right on time. The food is badly put together. I have received food three times not how I ordered it. Keep in mind I’m on my lunch barley enough time to eat, not a big deal right? I ordered a burger and when I got my food I unwrapped it to find a burger with no buns at all!

Food was dry, server was rude, and I was overcharged. I pointed out that I was overcharged, showed my receipt to the cashier and she refused to help me even though the receipt clearly showed the wrong order. Also, the Western Bacon Cheeseburger is supposed to have BBQ sauce, they are either poorly trained or just don’t care.

This is the second time I have been here and both times the person at drive thru was rude. It doesn’t take anything to say hello or thank you. I will never return to this place. There are plenty of other options in the area.

Will not come again! Server was rude up the you know where! And had snobby answer to even give me ketchup and didnt even give me any. Also rolled his eyes at me. Ive worked in fast food and honestly worst service you can give you can is here. Also he took almost 15 – 20 min to give me my food. Burger was fine no complains but seriously i got fries cold and also it was not even a small size it was like maybe 10 friend in a small container. Didnt even look ¼ full. Servers name was Fernando which the receipt said and i shall not go again this place need to change there ways. If i was a mystery shopper you guys would of been in trouble. You just lost a customer. I bet im not the only one you’ll lose because of the a**hole of a server you have.

Ordered a western bacon cheeseburger today and it was dry, had no bbq sauce on it and the French fries were cold. Very disappointed.

A dire need to use the restroom is what brought me here. Parked, ran in and pee’d like race horse. After evacuating the ol’ bladder and washing my hands I figured since I was here I may as well get a little something to grub on. I walked up to the counter and this pretty young thing looks at me and the following convo occurs: PYT — «Good afternoon, how are you feeling today» ME — «Hungry and horny hun» PYT — «Oh that’s cool, well I can take care of one of those problems for you» ME — «Now THAT’S customer service» PYT — «Don’t get excited man, I was talking about food» ME — «Dammit, a brother can’t catch a break!» *Laugh, laugh, ha ha* Ordered a chicken sandwich, thanked her for being so cool and not an uptight prude and went on my merry ass way. The sandwich was pretty fucking tasty.

I go here because its the closest, but having to check my order every time to find that they can’t ever get an order right is just so disappointing. They have a screen(drive-through) so you can check while they input it; it’s correct on the screen but the assemblers in the kitchen either don’t read well enough or aren’t allowed to keep cheese off an order.

After a craptastic experience last time. This Carl’s has redeemed it self. This time I walked in. Pleasant staff behind the counter. Everyone smiling. Food served quickly. Spotless dining room. Hats off to the complete 180 this time around. The guy maintaining the dining room was all over it. He even cleared my tray.

This review is on a drive thru order during my lunch hour. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich combo with Criss Cut fries. I only work a couple of minutes down the street. When I got back to work my sandwich was soggy and the fries cold! You would’ve thought I’d driven around for like an hour with it just sitting there and not less than 5 minutes. All I could eat was the chicken with a knife and fork because the bread was so soggy it was gross! and the criss cut fries that I paid extra for were cold and stale. I also agree that the service was slow and I was the only person in drive thru???

Great location, really good service & the Big Carl was better here than in Culver City, coming back for sure when i feel like a decent burger & Shift leader Mayra is really cute… she discounted my fries & the drink ;-) tables were pretty clean, just some floor spots with ketchup & napkins need tidying up. Hung here with my Dad who visited & wanted a burger.

Order the chicken tender strip when it first came out it was really good. The next few times I order it YUCCCCCK, never again. Another time I order the taco salad. When I first saw it I was like they need to change the tostado, it look like a cheap version and it is. After digging for a bit I like it but when I was like 70 percent done it was freaking soggy and a bunch of juice. So not that good afterall.

This Carl’s Jr. close to Lincoln High School is pretty decent, though it is just Carl’s Jr. food. Also, it can get packed with high schoolers around 2:30 — 3:15PM. Because of that, look to avoid this place around that time, as it gets hectic. Especially, since high schoolers are so annoying.

This is the go-to Carl’s Jr for me. Not for for any real reason, its just convenient. It’s one of the newer ones so its clean and hardly packed, unless you’re there after school then theres tons of high school kids from Lincoln. Drive-thru is really slow, im not sure if theyre understaffed or what. but I can still wait 10 minutes if at 11am when there’s nobody else there.
