Carl’s Jr.

The staff are average, but being that I live diagonally from this location I have to give it only 2 stars. In other neighborhoods, they care about noise levels. This one doesn’t…between deliveries– late nights/​wee hours– and allowing teens on skate boards to hang in the lot, makes this one my least fav… they seem to not care! Sorry Carl’s!!! Learn to care about your neighbors. After hours… on week nights– control your lot

With countless dining options in the heart of Koreatown, Carl’s Jr. offers to fill a void where American cuisine is limited. Despite the copious amounts of beef consumed in this pocket of Los Angeles through Korean BBQ restaurants and taco trucks, it seems the beef is seldom used to towards cheeseburgers.
On this particular visit, I had difficulty in choosing a burger off the eclectic menu… Typically a good sign. I opted for the double guacamole bacon cheeseburger, fried zucchini, the cris-​cut fries, and a Coca Cola.
I took a few moments to size up the burger. The double patties hung out like it was in clothing 2 sizes too small and I could feel it daring me to take a bite. I can’t let this burger get the best of me so I took 4 bites in succession and dented it as much as I could as I embarked on my journey to burger town. The patties were soft and juicy, the guacamole was creamy, and the bacon and lettuce added a nice contrast of texture to the meat. The zucchini was well-​seasoned and the buttermilk ranch married nicely with it. The cris-​cut fries were crispy and I alternated dipping them between the buttermilk and house ketchup. The Cola was refreshing with the perfect amount of fizz. I kept a nice pace going back and forth from my lunch and the Cola. Nice balance.

Ordered large fries and came out half empty. Rather buy a small instead. Saving up them potatoes???

I had a moment of weakness and went back to this Carls Jr. The only thing I really like at Carls Jr is their Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I purchased two Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I got home took a bite but something was wrong. I look at the burger and it had no cheese! I opened the second burger and that had no cheese as well. WTF! The title itself states Western Bacon «Cheeseburger»! I could see maybe one without cheese but both?! They were not busy so they have no excuse for this wrong order. What crap of a place. I’ll give them this though, they are consistent in bad service and bad order.

i go here usually and all the other employees are very respectful and welcoming.
but not this girl, she seems new but it seems she hates her job already.
she does very minimum. takes order, takes the money without saying anything, gives my change without saying anything, and again doesnt say anything after handing me food.

This place has the worst service ever the food sucks the cashiers are not all there and overall I would never come to this place again not recommended and it sucks that this thing doesn’t have to do negative stars

Never fails! I have given this place 6 tries!
They serve old burger meat all dried out, service sucks, wrong order.
And tonight i go in for a sinple charbroiled chicken club. What do i get… The right bun and toppings, but missing the charbroiled chicken! Yeah its 2:30am but hey if your open i expect to at least get the right order. Im thinking that the cook just had no charbroiled chicken cooked so he just slapped a fried spicy chicken filet on their.
I have live across the street from this place for 3yrs now and damn! Worst Carls Jr yet! Last time ever going here!
Management, please take a look at how your business is run! Or maybe its time for a new manager…

If I could give NO STARS I would definitely. It’s late night around 12am staff gives 4 pieces of onion rings when you order a large. 1 week later which is today 8÷4÷15 cashier didn’t give fries. Went around to tell her, rolls eyes and gives really old fries. SMH worst service, not once, but twice.

Zillion months ago, I was craving something salty but crappy. On my way home, I stopped by this Carl’s Jr. to grab their Western Bacon Cheese Burger with a side of onion rings. It satisfied my cheap craving. Have I gone back? No, it is one of those rare things that happen once in a blue moon. By the way, when was the last time you saw a blue moon? I must mention that for «fast food» joint, their service was very slow.

Awful drive through service. The lady attending the window around 730AM is consistently very rude and condescending towards customers.
She has an overall bad attitude. She openly expresses her frustration and complains at customers through the microphone.
Today at 730AM (7÷22÷15), I greeted the drive through microphone and heard a mumbled mess of words. When I further prompted the microphone for a response the lady on the other end yelled «I TOLD YOU TO WAIT, JESUS».
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. This level of customer service is appalling, and the fact that this kind of attitude towards paying patrons has happened on multiple occasions is telling of the service you’ll receive at this Carl’s Jr.
STAY AWAY.

I bought $ 30 of food for my family. I asked for 6 sauces, they gave me only 3. They also kept an order of fries. Terrible service. Screw the crew that works at 8pm on Saturdays

Today is April 18, 20 015 and my car broke down at the corner of Virgil and 6^th at Ktiwn at 1:30am. so whike waiting to have itowed, to my delight I saw a Carls Jr. resto that says 24 hours open so I smiled and greeted the cashier on duty as I was so stressed abd hungry but she suddenly slamed the glass door and rushed away whitout being curteous or anything resoectable to a customet. Im a 45 years old asian businesman and I find this appaling how this latina lady employee could be disrespectful and racist just hecayse I was in my gym attire. I dont even look like homeless and Im appaled with the unacceptable treatment I received. DONT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I’d give it a full 5-​stars, but the service is extremely poor. Their staff is always in a hurry whether or not they’re packed with consumers. Some of their staff are also disrespectful.

They still lie about House Dressing, their best sauce. Maybe they should hire someone else to do the inventory orders? Half of them barely speak a lick of English. No, House Dressing IS NOT THE SAME as Ranch! Go to a different location if you don’t want to deal with storytellers who take your money, but don’t give you what you want. Why is it such a hassle to get a condiment? It is just as important as the meal.

This location is extremely shady as they sometimes charge you extra for sauce but won’t add it to the receipt. Not the best carls jr, but I’m a local so I won’t be driving to another one late nights when I get hungry!

WORST ever. How can I eat like I frickin mean it when the bun is all BURNT couldn’t taste anything but the bitterness of the burnt bun. Seriously how can you burn a bun. Goddamn.

Perfectly fine. Opens promptly at 6 am for walk-​in hours. Got my order (two original thickburgers with coupon) within 10 minutes. Staff was super friendly.
I realized afterward that I could have asked for low/​no mayo and mustard on the burger, but it’s cool that Carls Jr has a super-​customizable order even on their website.
Note $ 1 charge for debit card (it’s like using Carl’s Jr’s register like an atm, therefore there is an atm charge), but no extra charge for cash/​credit.

This place is the worst! I waited for my good for an HOUR! I don’t think you should ever wait that long for take out food.
We asked several times what happened and they said,“ok wait.” Like if that’s a solution to my problem.
I wish they would just give us our money back so we could go somewhere else but they refused to any reimbursements.
So disappointing! !
And the worst part, I wish I could give negative stars.

Always great here, foods obviously very fast food and nothing to rave about but does it’s job in filling you up quickly.
Hate that the mostly Spanish speaking cashiers can’t understand your orders so it’s constant repetitiveness… and they tend to forget my ketchup with my fries.

20 freaking minutes. Did I order like 9 combos and specialize each burger?!
Nope, just a regular Big Carl.
Good thing we can technically dictate our own lunch breaks, because if I was a regular Joe-​Shchmo with a timed 30 minute break I would have been pissssssssssssed!
