Carmen Creation specializes in creating one of kind dresses, all hand crafted in the USA. We make flower girl dresses, christening/​baptism gowns, first communion dresses, renaissance dresses for theaters and play, first birthday, 3 years old, fairy dresses, tutu’s, headpieces and much more. We have been in business for over 20 years, this is our second location. Stop by anytime we are always here to help.

History

Established in 1992.

Carmen Creation started in the early 90’s with a small booth in the Original Santee alley. We created smaller things; hats, baskets, headpieces, artificial floral arrangements and tea dyed vintage lace dresses. Shortly after we opened our first shop, great place we then focused more on flower girl dresses and wedding related items. Management changed and we were forced to move. We then opened our doors half a block away from our first location (Olympic and Maple). I then started experimenting with all sorts of looks and styles. I really honed in on who I was as a designer at this location. I started to create more elaborate looks, this is where my Renaissance, couture flower girl dresses and baptism gowns were born. A few years later I moved a few doors down to my original and current location, 321 ½ E. Olympic Blvd. Fast forward, summer 2014 we opened our second location, holding two stores open simultaneously for your convenience. Hope to see you soon, have a good day.
