Our Chef will work one on one with you to come up with the perfect menu for your event! From sushi to zeppole, our Chef will come up with something that is bound to have your guests standing in line for more!

We have catered everything from birthday parties to corporate meetings, and look forward to making your event memorable.

History

Established in 2015.

The Carnival Truck was created by a family who wanted to bring fun back to food.

We started with a food truck, with the idea that we would bring some fun back to the streets of Los Angeles with fun food, like deep fried Oreos. We had no idea that our business would grow from a food truck into a catering company that caters all sorts of events — from birthday parties and weddings to family reunions, corporate catering and other private events.

We offer pick up, drop off or full service catering out of our new commercial catering trailer.

What this means is we are able to bring and set up exactly what is needed to cater your event. This saves you space, without compromising the quality of food!

Interested, but not sure about what menu we offer? Don’t let our name fool you! We offer way more than carnival food. Our chef is classically trained, and will work with you to achieve the perfect menu at the best rate!

Business Owner

Carnival Foods, Inc. was created by a young couple who wanted to bring fun back to food.

J.D. has been a chef for years, and has worked for various 5 star restaurants and catering companies in Los Angeles, CA.

Kelsea is an artist and has a passion for making people happy.

The couple decided to put their talents to use and thus The Carnival Truck was created.

Since The Carnival Truck started in May, they have catered over 30 private events (including the Rolling Stones crew when they performed at the Fonda Theatre May 2015, and the Special Olympics in August 2015), and are more passionate than ever about their goal: they strive to be the most sought after catering service in the Los Angeles area, by offering unique, flexible menus, unbeatable prices, and to offer an overall unforgettable experience to those who need their services.
