Attention; this dealer only sells auction cars or cars that nobody wants any more think about that!!! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had they only sell cars from the auction all of their cars came from auction ask for a Carfax and you’ll see! , I purchased a car 4 months ago and I already invested $ 4000 in it go somewhere else not worth it Trust me !!! I first came here 2 and half years ago to purchase a used car. They were extremely helpful, honest and upfront about the 2^nd hand car I was purchasing. Due to the fact that I am moving again, I decided to go back to them to see if they would offer me a fair price and they did. Out of all the dealers I saw they offered me the best deal. Edwin was extremely helpful and genuinely wanted to give me the best price. He went out of his way to make sure I received an excellent price. After we came to an agreement Edwin was flexible in letting me keep the car for 1 more day and the next day he stuck by his word. This is the kind of family owned dealership that you want to use. If you buy a car here just get it checked out by a mechanic first! Bought my son his first car here, a VW GTI, and as soon as I drove it off the lot it needed about $ 6000 in work and is basically worthless now! Definitely got taken this time! I learned my lesson, Have a mechanic check it out before you buy from Cars 911!

This place was reccomended to me by someone I’ve trusted with my car for many years. When my engine died recently I was freaking out because I had no money for a downpayment but can’t imagine living in LA without a car. He knows I don’t know much about cars and said this place would take care of me without pushing me into a sale like dealerships usually do. When I arrived I asked for Edvin who put me in touch with Yami Rivera and they were both wonderful. Andy handled my financing and everyone on staff was more than pleasant and not pushy AT ALL!!! Yami was so patient with me as I looked at about 8 or 9 different cars in the lot. Furthermore, they totally worked with me to get a payment that works for me monthly and even gave me advice on how to save money with the insurance company! I mean… they actually care!!! What a novel concept? I would recommend this place 100%!!

First time car buyer and it couldn’t have been any less difficult. Alena helped me and was extremely helpful and patient. She wasn’t pushy but she still cared. I brought my parents with me and they were jumping from car to car trying to help me out choose one with few miles and in great shape. Alena was right next to us unlocking cars and showing us everything. It helped that I had my fellow attorney coworkers advising me on what to look out for but Alena had the best energy. We basically came with nothing, but left with more than we could have imagined!
My husband and I needed a car for a lot of reasons, after conquering LA by foot and public transportation for quiet some time. As green as we are (and as dedicated as we’ve been to getting around our neighborhood without one), we finally needed to branch out, rethink and start the research.
Cars911 caught our attention for the first time in a weekly ad flyer that we get in the mail. It sounded too good to be true. No credit, bad credit, low down payments? Seriously? Unilocal only had good to awesome reviews showing, so we had to check this place out in person. Like I said… we came with nothing, not even the intention to take a car home within the next week.
We were sort of dreaming of a used hybrid and saw online that Cars911 had a few Prius’ available in great condition.
We walked inside just to ask a few basic questions, and came to find that most of these particular models were a little outside of what we could afford at the moment.
Our salesperson Yami made a wonderful suggestion that we check out and test drive a 2008 Ford Escape hybrid within our price range.
We didn’t even want to test drive it at first in fear that we might like it too much;
we were completely unprepared to make any sort of down payment on the spot.
Yami, then, began working her magic and proposed that we drive the car home that day! She seemed determined, though not to push us, but to please/​help us. She and Norma (the very kind financing guru) somehow sorted out a reasonable plan that we could afford. After a last hubby/​wifey chat about this spontaneous endeavor, we got invited to a fantastic lunch at their on-​site restaurant while the car was freshly washed. Though we’re not really ‘lunch people’, the hospitality could no longer be ignored. We sat down, enjoyed roasted chicken, potatoes, rice and salad, we smiled and wondered where the hidden cameras were… for surely this felt too serene to be real life.
They also took care of the dmv registration process and supplied us with temporary insurance to be immediately covered while shopping for a permanent plan.
After wrapping up the last bits of paperwork, we drove home in our newly acquired pre-​owned hybrid!
Our first week with our car has been delightful and we are very happy with our decision!
We definitely will recommend Cars911 to others and will visit them ourselves for future purchases!

I bought a 2013 Prius and I love it. Great experience buying a used car. A great variety of cars at great prices. Ask for Yami. She was our salesperson and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Love Love Love Cars 911! Everyone there from my sales person Yami to the entire finance team was wonderful and made the process painless. I was turned down at a previous dealership and the Cars 911 team helped me get into the car I wanted that fit my pocket book and I was in & out in an hour and a half with multiple test drives and financing.

I am a plumbing contractor and I was referred to Cars911 by a friend who had a great experience with the Salesman «Tony Tavares.» I called and contacted Tony and told him I was interested in purchasing a cargo van. He asked that I come in and check out their selection so I did. I found one particular van that had interested me but Tony told me that it was going to the dealership to get checked because the «Check engine» light was coming on. A week later they got the truck back and I went in, test drove the van, and purchased it. The van had a couple of dents from the previous owners so Tony told me they would be repairing the dents and repainting it for me. The following week, Tony called me and told me that during the repainting process the check engine light had come on again when they drove it. He told me that they had taken it back to the dealership to get checked again. A few days later Tony called me and told me that the dealership contacted them «Cars911» and told them that the van needed a new engine and that because it was still under manufacturer warranty they would be performing all repairs for free. Tony advised me that this process would take a couple of weeks and offered me a «Loaner» van to use during the time the dealership had my van. I took him up on his offer as I needed a van right away and took the loaner van.
The process with the dealership ended up being an absolute nightmare! Nearly two months I was driving around the loaner van during which time Tony kept calling me to keep me informed of what the Chevy dealer was telling them. As time went on I shared and expressed my concerns with Tony because I did not want to keep driving the loaner van. Ultimately, after two months I decided that I did not want to wait any longer for a van that was just sitting at the dealership while General Motors and the dealership slugged it out over who would be responsible for the cost of the repairs to the van. Tony told me that he had spoken to his managers and they invited me in for a meeting. I was thinking that they were going to try and give me a hard time about cancelling the contract but I was completely wrong. The manager «Reuben» and «Andy» both apologized to me and explained that this situation had never happened before. They processed the paper work and cancelled the contract. I returned a couple of days later and got me down payment back! THAT’S RIGHT! No hassle! No BS! straight forward with me the whole time! I really appreciated that! Thanks Cars911!

I cannot rave enough about my experience here!
The general manager (Jack George) and salesman (Jose V.) went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of throughout the entire process and got the best deal possible.
I came in looking to purchase a black 2014 Chevy Camaro Convertible and left with exactly that :)
Jose was knowledgeable, patient and did not make me feel rushed in any way as I test drove 3 different vehicles and asked an onslaught of questions.
I was even able to trade in my old car at full blue book value.
Andy (the finance guy) was also very friendly and made the tedious paperwork process rather enjoyable and amusing.
I highly recommend this place– great deals, great selection and great people.

I am a good honest caring person. I like to be treated as the same. When you come to the hospital I will treat you with more respect then you did me. This I promise

I have mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand they have a great selection of all makes and models. On the other hand, the salesman I got (his name was Allan) was difficult and abrasive and actually yelled at me a couple times during the sales process when I asked him to knock some dollars off the price. The guy is pretty cold and the transaction as a whole just felt like that — a transaction. I bought the car. A few days later I came back to pick something up and he saw me but didn’t even acknowledge my presence or say hello.
The floor manager on the other hand was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to please. And I have to say the woman in the financial department was truly delightful, smart, helpful and walked me through the process with care. She was incredibly honest, in complete contrast to the salesman Allan, and a pleasure to deal with.
One minor thing that irritated me — Allan boasted about getting my car a «wash and a tank of gas» before I drove it off the lot. When I got the car they basically hosed it down and there was a quarter tank of gas in it. When I asked the floor manager he said they don’t give you a «full tank» they give you $ 20 worth of gas. I thought that was just being cheap and I actually laughed when he said that.
Just goes to show — this is a really no frills place. There is no hot coffee or tea (they do have water). There’s not even really a «waiting area» with a TV or anything like most lots have. But the selection of cars is great like I said. So if you are unsure what car you want and want a lot to choose from maybe check it out. But don’t be expecting more than a lackluster experience with these guys.

21.53 APR?? thats bullshit!!! and the car that I’ve got? Lot of problems.

It’s been 18 years since I’ve been at a used car dealership, so naturally I was a bit apprehensive what to expect.
But all my fears quickly disappeared after visiting Cars 911 yesterday.
I had visited their website and had my eyes set on a 2006 Lexus RX330. Their price was actually a little less than the Kelly Blue Book value based on its mileage and condition.
I wasn’t sure if they would be willing to negotiate a trade-​in for my 1997 BMW Z3 considering it’s age but I decided to give it a shot.
My sales guy, Ron Hudson, was super friendly from the beginning. He allowed me to go for a test drive on local streets and Route 2 for about 15 minutes.
After the test drive I told him I was interested provided they play ball with me on my car’s trade-​in value. For the past 3 days I had been receiving a lot of interest from my ad on Craigs List for my asking price of $ 4,100.
I used this to my advantage.
Ron told me upfront that he did not think they would match that price but would try his best to come as close as possible to it after he had it appraised by their mechanics located on the premise.
So far, so good.
I then asked if he was okay to have my mechanic, a Lexus specialist in Glendale, perform a thorough inspection from bumper to bumper. Ron agreed.
So off we went to my mechanic who spent about 20 minutes going over everything. He discovered an issue with the water pump and hoses that neither of us we aware. That maintenance repair would cost $ 800. Ron was open minded to negotiate a portion of that repair in the final negotiation.
Back at their office we then negotiated the final deal.
They were willing to give me $ 3,500 as the trade-​in value which I was very pleased. Sure it was $ 600 less than my asking price on Craigs List but I wouldn’t have to deal with any DMV nonsense or uncertainty of dealing with a private buyer.
In addition, they agreed to lower their asking price by $ 500 to help offset that $ 800 repair my Lexus mechanic said needed to be done.
By all signs I knew right then and there Cars 911 was serious about making a deal considering that most used cars are sold «as is».
Over the course of the next hour I worked with Ruben and Andy in Finance. Both gentleman were extremely easy to work with.
Because I had a phenomenal credit score, I had no problems getting them to lower their initial APR estimate of 5.3% to 3.5% for 48 months with $ 0 down.
This was the ideal scenario. To get a fair trade-​in price on my BMW, pay nothing down, and keep my monthly payments under $ 350 a month.
My monthly payments would have been $ 40 less a month if I decided to not purchase a 5 year or 100,000 warranty from Alpha Warranty.
I’ve read the pros and cons of a used car warranty before, so I was on the fence whether I really needed it or not. But upon further reflection, like reading the reviews of this policy’s coverage from A-​to-​Z and asking my mechanic his thoughts, I decided to go for it.
Even though my car is a «Lexus» with low mileage, it’s 9 years old and things can go wrong.
Ruben did an excellent job showing me multiple scenarios for a loan at 36 months, 48 months, 54 months or 60 months. And Andy did a great job too handling all my paperwork smoothly.
So when it was all said and done I spent a total of 3 ½ hours yesterday with Cars 911. I had negotiated a fair deal that I was happy with. And I had a beautiful vehicle to drive home with.
My hats are off to Ron, Ruben and Andy for providing me an excellent experience.
My advice to anyone considering buying a used car from Cars911 is to not be bashful by asking what you want. Be fair, open-​minded and not to pushy if things don’t go your way 100% of the time. Good deals are never done if you think you get 100% and give 0% back.
Remember that Cars 911 has over 500 cars on their lot. They need to move the inventory.
Also remember that it’s reported that only 2% of people that visit a used car dealership will return for a second visit. So if you go in with your research and be prepared with your documents (in my case I had brought my title, registration and insurance) be willing to negotiate (be firm but ease up a bit), you will probably have as good of an experience that I had yesterday at Cars 911.

Where do i start? Recently went to cars 911 because i was referred by a friend. I went in there with the assumption that all sales personnel were going to be on me like hawks but that was not the case. I was approached by a nice young lady (Yami R.) who greeted me like family not a customer, which is rare nowadays. We test drove a couple of cars and liked a nissan sentra. When we went to do paperwork she then introduced me to Jack who helped us finish the deal. He was very polite and did not try to make us uncomfortable in any way. I am very pleased with the service i was given and will be referring all my family here. (p.s) they give a free lunch while u wait!!!

My husband’s car recently gave out on us so we decided it was time to buy him a newer used car. He ended up getting pre-​approved for a loan through his credit union at work so when we got to Cars 911, we already knew what our budget was. We were greeted by their used car manager, Ruben, who started off by asking us what we were looking for and what our budget. I liked that he wanted to know that right off the bat so that our time wasn’t wasted on seeing cars that were outside of our price range.
After test driving a couple cars, my husband settled on a 2011 Honda Accord. The car was in great condition with low mileage and Ruben gave us a great deal on it. Ruben even made arrangements to tow my husband’s old vehicle as a trade-​in. Not only that, but Cars 911 was able to match the low interest rate that the credit union had offered us, and gave us an even better financing deal!
We were then taken to Evelyn in their finance department who handled all of the paperwork. She was very friendly and explained all of the paperwork to us thoroughly. We were even given a free lunch at the café they have on the lot! Overall we had a really great experience here and would definitely come back when we are in need of purchasing another vehicle!

I recently went to Cars 911 to trade in my car for a new one. I was immediately greeted by Rubin (sales manager) and was shown to the cars on the lot. I was actually really shocked how much inventory they had and how Rubin new so much about them. He was very sweet and showed me a few that I was interested in that I had found on their website and I went on my test drives. After a few hrs the deal was done and I was of with my new car. Overall my experience was very pleasant. Oh and while my car was being washed they let me know they had a café that customers eat for free ! So while I was waiting I got to have lunch also
