The worst recruiting firm I have ever experienced in my entire career. As a candidate, you invest a lot of time interviewing with them at their office advising you of potential opportunities then never hear back from them. No follow-​up and email, nothing. I have sent them great candidates too got the same treatment coming from big 4 CPA firms. Embarrassing even sent my network of friends to Century Group. I nor them have had the best experiences elsewhere.
Poor recruiting practices. Feels like they entertain candidates just to meet quota without placement.

As a nervous job seeker I was stunned and amazed by the amount of time and investment The Century Group has given to my employment search. The Century Group staff member spent significant time with me reviewing my resume, providing information about possible job openings and possible leads. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable on all aspects of IT/​IS as well as extremely devoted to finding placement for their clients. I strongly recommend Century to any and all people seeking employment as well as employers as I have personally experienced the dedication to making sure the employment was a good fit for both hiring company and potential employee.
