History
Established in 1997.
Charles Carroll Associates started in 1997 in Long Beach California after two years we relocated to West Los Angeles.
In 2000 we started a division that specializes in computerized retail automation systems, know as point-of-sale. These hardware software solutions allow retail stores and restaurants to not only control inventory but also to pull most customers into their business by allowing the creation and management of sales, promotions, gift cards and other marketing tools.
In 2006 we started a significant payroll division using professional managed services and a self managed on-line service.
Currently we assist a diverse group of clients in service industries, retail, hospitality and manufacturing. We provide a monthly combined professional services package that includes: bookkeeping, creation of
compiled financial statements, bank reconciliations, sales tax return preparation, annual tax planning and preparation, on-going computer technical support and legal services.
Meet the Manager
Jon S.
Manager
Our Managing Principal is an Certificated Business Accountant (U.C.L.A. 1998), Certified Tax Preparer, IT Technician and Tax Lawyer. He attended California State University, Northridge, where he made Deans’ List and was an NCAA all-league football defensive back.
He was a staff accountant and management consultant at Ernst & Young. Later a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.
He attended Southwestern University Law School, serving as class president and and served on the law review.
