Called to order a dozen, no answer, left a message, received a call back 2 days later.
Woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. She was able to honor the Unilocal offer over the phone.
They were able to deliver the cheesecakes to Downtown Los Angeles, on time.
The size of the cupcakes is on the medium side.
Packaging could be cuter, but still functional.
I would not hesitate to order again.

Saw a good deal on Groupon and ordered Wednesday ¹¹⁄₁₈ for delivery through their website for Friday, ¹¹⁄₂₀. No confirmation email so I called them on ¹¹⁄₂₀ and left a message because no one picked up. Tuesday 11/​24, still not an email or phone call from them. Went ahead and processed a refund through Groupon.

I ordered some delicious strawberry cheesecupcake as a surprise gift to my gf and had them delivered to her work. She absolutely LOVED them made all her coworkers completely jealous (unfortunately she shared). These cupcakes made a great gift idea I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to bring joy to their tastebuds!
Btw the ladies on the phone were extremely helpful and kind they’re definitely on top of their game (thank you so much ladies)!

I’d just like to let you know that scheduling for Downtown Los Angeles is impossible.
I purchased a dozen cheesecake cupcakes with delivery and asked to have them deliver it to Downtown Los Angeles between 8am to 5pm, any day Monday to Friday.
Sure, that’s a pretty big window and the drive from LAX at this time is not impossible.
Having lived in Los Angeles most of my life, including the «LAX area», I know that traffic is minimal during the hours of 10:30am to 2:30pm unless the president’s in town. Instead, they responded, «it will be after 7:30pm.» When I asked to clarify, it was closer to 9pm. Jaw-​dropping, right?!
I thought, «What?! Is this your moon lighting job?» Clearly, I want it delivered to my work and I’m not going to be there past 6.
Okay, I said. Maybe I can pick it up. That was an option, right? (even though I paid for delivery) I’ve asked numerous times where they were located and what time I can pick it up at their «LAX area» and no response. Just crickets! Makes you question that sanitary conditions of the place if you can’t even go there so see it, huh?
This is ridiculous. Thanks for nothing, Cheesecake de Granger!

Ordered the keylime cheesecake cupcakes for my 35^th birthday… so good. Perfect combination of sweet & tart… scored an awesome coupon on Groupon. The cupcakes were delivered on time by a very nice lady (I forget her name).
Only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because they don’t have a store front yet.

Great tasting desserts.
I took advantage of the groupon deal.
$ 19.99 for the strawberry cheesecake and it was so delicious, luscious, creamy and sweet.
The pick-​up location was a bit strange but once they get off the ground and get a store front all will be well.

Cheesecakes are delicious! The baker makes beautiful cakes as well as tasty ones, my issue was resolved and I was given a complimentary dozen for future use.
BEWARE that customer service is lacking communication with customers in the delivery/​rescheduling part. I hope that they will employ more help to help resolve this issue.
Cheesecakes are the best! Not overly sweet and just the right amount of everything!

Had a Groupon for this business and boy was it worth it! My order came on time beginning with an email follow up the day before delivery and a call the day of with a specific ETA. I ordered 30 Mango mini cheesecakes and a dozen Margarita cheesecake cupcakes and they were AMAZING. I was expecting for the Margarita ones to just have a hint of tequila but these were a bit strong! Even the whipped cream topping tasted like tequila. MY KIND OF CUPCAKES! I would definitely recommend this business to friends and I will be reordering soon! The delivery driver met me outside just as I was pulling up to my house and we had a nice little short conversation. Very nice lady, super professional.

I ordered a dozen strawberry cupcakes and they were absolutely delicious. When I placed the order they confirmed it immediately via email, they were very accommodating with my delivery time, and the cheesecake was delicious!!! Excellent from beginning to end

I ordered cupcakes for delivery for my friend’s birthday. The lady I corresponded with via email got everything perfect! They even called to tell me my friend wasn’t there to receive the delivery and wanted to make sure it was alright to leave the package on the porch (My friend had gone to dinner and I wasn’t aware). I said it was fine and when my friend saw the gift she immediately texted me and thanked me. Great Service and I haven’t gotten a chance to sample their cheesecake or cupcakes but my friend is a huge fan. I will be back. Thank you!

I placed my order for a dozen strawberry cheesecake cupcakes on Monday and had them delivered the Wednesday before my fiancé birthday. They were light and delicious. In addition to delicious cupcakes, they have great customer service skills. I’m not sure who I talked to but the lady was very pleasant. I did not have to call to track down my delivery. It arrived during the scheduled delivery time frame.

The STAR of Christmas dinner. Got the variety pack, delivered by Sacha herself, ontime and fresh, Red Velvet & Sweet Potato were outstanding. Definitely will be my secret desert to bring to any affair.

I have tried many of the delicious flavors; the key lime, strawberry and praline. Well, my absolute favorite is the banana split. It combines just the right blend of cheesecake and banana split bliss. Take advantage of the variety packs when offered; it will give you a chance to test a few different flavors.

I ordered these through a Unilocal deal for a party. Initially I wanted the mini cheesecakes, but apparently the deal could not be applied to the minis (I blame Unilocal for not allowing clear terms to be posted). I almost canceled but the owner was willing to work with me to keep within my budget.
I am glad I didn’t cancel. The cheesecakes were fantastic. They were light and airy and had the best flavor (we had strawberry, pumpkin, chocolate, and vanilla – all super yummy!). Everyone at the party loved them. Would definitely recommend these cheesecakes to anyone in the area!

I got the strawberry and NY style mini cheesecakes for a baby shower and they were an absolute hit. The portion is perfect sized for parties. The mom to be has had some intense cheesecake cravings and she was in 7^th heaven.
Order and delivery were very easy and I would definitely order from cheesecake de granger again!
