This was my favorite Chinese food place, I went there a couple of days ago and the service has always been great, but as far as the prices had went up and the plate is way smaller… Like foreal? I wish I could of took a picture

The food is good, but the customer service sucks. The women here are highly rude. I went there with a coupon for my food. I gave it to the lady with the mole on her lip, she rolled her eyes snatched it from my hand(rude). There were customers in front of me paying, so while I’m waiting to pay, this dumb lady slips my coupon under the cash register. I’m think«oh, that must be their policy with coupons.» Then she tells me $ 6 for my food. I was like«I just gave you a coupon for $ 3.50, how is my food $ 6.» Then she wants to act like I didn’t give her the damn coupon. I proceeded to tell her I saw her slip it under the cash register. After 30 seconds of me telling her its under the cash register and I saw her put it there, she finally cave in like«oh, that coupon.» The ladies here need a real attitude check. If you don’t want people to use the coupons, then why distribute them out?

Located in the Home Depot, IHOP, Food for Less, and Rite Aid strip mall. Very generous portions are given for little money. Two people and/or families can feed off of the one or two item combo. I also order the items when I have dinner parties and my guests love it. When it’s ordered fresh, the presentation is beautiful, and again the portions are generous for the price.

Awesome Chinese!!! And cheap, PLUS they send coupons to local residents near the area. Spicy orange chicken, stir fry chicken, wonton soup, etc everything is just delicious! However, the teriyaki chicken is bland, wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy the taste of unseasoned chicken. However, the portions are generous and overall, great place!

Every time I pass by this place I think about the egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce. Then I end up getting a Thai tea also. I’ll get other food only if I have a coupon which comes in the mail.

Hands down the best chinese food place in the hood. Or anywhere for that matter. Since this place is always crazy busy(especially during lunch hour and late evenings) the food is always fresh! That is definitely a big plus since most other places I have been to have old and crusty chinese food. Only they know how long that stuff sits there. My absolute favorites are their chow mein and orange chicken. Unlike panda’s stiff noodles, the chowmein here is always so soft. like they’re actually cooked through. The orange chicken is also the best I have ever had! The chicken is crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside… it’s just perfect. Long story short, this is definitely the place to go to for chinese food. They also have boba although the flavors are limited. And did I mention COUPONS?! They send coupons in the mail to close residents and they’re actually pretty sweet deals! Only Con: CASHONLY, so be prepared. But seriously, china bowl needs to get with the times. They would definitely benefit from it.

Coupons! I think this is the only Chinese Food place where they accepts coupons(made from them). The coupons really comes in handy when you order 4 or more combos. I actually prefer these hidden Chinese food places rather than«famous» and«popular» Chinese Restaurants. The location is in a place where a lot of homeless people hang out. They open the door for you not because they want to but because they want you to give them spare change. But food wise it has better taste than others i have tried. This place has very limited seating place since most of the consumers usually take out. This place gets packed real fast considering it only has one register and is a very compact place. Since this place is located near a Starbucks, 4 for less, and a Home Depot it uses their parking lots which isn’t always a good thing. There are times where there is a lot of parking and most of the times its packed so parking is quite limited in some cases. This joint is basically for quick Chinese food on the go.

Aside from the crackheads that constantly linger & the service is ehhh the food is bomb. There’s one lady in there who’s Spanish is superb. She has a mole on her face. She’s the only one in their with great customer service skills.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened! The food is great(big portions) at a very cheap price plus you get coupons in the mail! Everything tastes great! Their Thai Tea with Boba is bomb!!! EVERYTHINGTASTESGOOD! You cant go wrong! I suggest that you ask for more chow mein than rice b/c they tend to fill the plate with more rice than chow mein! Cash Only(only bad thing)

Love this place! i always come here! i like the ladies here they are so funny and cool. i always order the beef fried rice absolute favorite! The beef is super juicy and tender and it is a big portion! i love it. only reason why i gave them four stars instead of 5 is because well, they dont except credit or debit also there are numerous change beggers that hang out in front of the store. the ladies always tell them to go away or they will call the polic.. After many years of many chinese take out places ive been too, this one is by far the best one!

Wow, I’m surprised at the high ratings at this place. The ladies are nice, but the food is really bad. Rubbery, dry… chicken tastes a bit stale. We ordered the Spicy wings, Spicy orange chicken, egg roll, egg flower soup, and taro shake. I wouldn’t put this restaurant above other chinese take out… if anything i’d put it at a notch below… The egg roll was not memorable either. The taro was tasty, though on the sweet side. It’s the closest place to my house with Taro… so I may swing by here to pick up a Taro, but will skip all the other food…

Ah yes… The China Bowl. A step above most Chinese take out shops. A word on the service: The ladies running the joint are usually nice and very patient– they really spring into action when a line suddenly forms and all hell breaks loose. The ORANGECHICKEN is the draw here. Comparable to Panda Express in taste and addictiveness. Comes in 2 varieties: Regular or Spicy. HA! Eat it, Panda! Other food like the Beef & Broc and Teriyaki chicken is good too. The drag here is that its CASHONLY. Plan ahead and DEALWITHIT. They also offer various fruit smoothies and my fav: Milk/Thai Tea with Boba. Definitely a little gem in the hood should you find yourself here.
