Choi Orchid

I was looking for orchids for my office and my friend referred me here. The staff is very friendly and patient. She is very honest and help me to pick the orchids. There are soooo many choices with very decent price compare to the stores inside the wholesale flower mart. This will be my favorite store for orchid gifts and decorations.
Parking: they offer 15 minutes free parking with purchase.

There is ample amount of meter parking with 2 hour limits! I have always been lucky enough to find parking nearby my destination in the flower district.
Choi orchids has many different orchids to choose from, potted, unpotted, and many different colors. They also have other plants like bonsai trees and bamboo plants.
I bought 4 orchids for $ 30, one small in a pit, one medium in a pot, and 3 medium unpotted orchids. Very good prices here!
The staff was also very friendly, the put the orchids in a box and wrapped newspaper around so they would not fall over. They also watered them and shined the leaves, then put them in a reusable «Choi Orchids» bag.

Got my centerpieces from them for my wedding back in 2012. Absolutely beautiful! Very affordable and staff were very nice and helpful!

Choi Orchid is great. This nursery is located in downtown L.A. in the flower district. I was excited to find a place that sold orchids, plants, pots and cactuses. I had been looking all around to find a nursery that sold colorful cactuses. The prices were not bad, and I was so happy to find a place where I could make my own little arrangement of plants.
I think this is a good place to come to if you’re looking to be creative and decorate your house with orchids or other plants. They have all the essentials and it will not cost you an arm and a leg. Of course you can always buy these plants pre-​arranged elsewhere, but it will cost you a lot more. :) They also have some arrangements that are already made as well.
I will definitely be back if I want to make gifts with orchids and other plants.

I was wandering amongst the flower vendors and went in to see the succulent arrangements, but I didn’t see anything I wanted. A nice man helped me choose the healthiest succulents and we arranged it together. With the box and five succulents, he only charged me $ 20. I don’t know how much it was supposed to be, but I’m assuming it was going to be over $ 40. I’m definitely coming here again. They also have complementary parking for 15 minutes, which will be handy if you’re just picking something up!

I’ve bought few times from Choi Orchid for clients and dear friends and and I’m always amazed by the arrangement’s. The last arrangement orchids I gave a friend last over 2 seasons.
