Choi’s Acupuncture Clinic

I’ve been under Dr. Choi’s care for about two months. The benefits so far have been amazing. I feel so much better. He’s a man of few words, but this does not impact his abilities or treatment at all. Both the quality of my personal life and professional productivity have improved. I’ve been out of town for a moth now and am looking forward to returning to my treatment.

Dr. Choi misdiagnosed my mom’s pelvic pain as sciatica which turned out to be a 3″ tumor due to a cancer. Wasted 2 months of critical time that couldve been used for treatment and it was stage 4 when I finally forced her to be admitted to usc medical center. She passed away last month after 9 months battle but cant shake off the image and sound of her screaming in pain in this place when they repeatedly applied accupuncture where the tumor was. My mother getting cancer is obviously not their fault but she believed dr. choi’s diagnosis because he was so assuring. I am not sure how a master at this can completely miss someone in such bad health condition with a stage 4 cancer and I just wish he would have at least told us to seek medical help instead of wasting 2 months of her precious time.

I’ve been taking my buddy to this acupuncture clinic for six months for pain related to a shattered hip. He limps in in tremendous pain or I wheel him in, and he always leaves walking out under his own power, without his cane. This place is amazing!!!

If you are looking for a true MASTER when it comes to acupuncture, then this is your place. Dr. Choi is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in his field. I came here recently for a case of Bell’s (Facial) Palsy and began treatment. After only 2 sessions I already see dramatic improvement. There is a bit of a language barrier since Dr. Choi speaks mostly Korean, but there is a very nice assistant who is bilingual and will also act as translator in case you do not speak Korean.
The cost is very reasonable and I do not think you can find someone with more expertise than Dr. Choi. I highly recommend him!

Nice place. Doctor helped me to have a good sleep after the acupuncture treatment. Going again for better eye sight. Hopefully it helps.

Dr. Choi and staff gives you all the attention you need. They genuinely care about your health and well being. Dr. Choi’s dedication on consistent research and improvement shows that he really loves his job and is always working at achieving better and newer methods. I have been a patient of Dr. Choi since Feb 2012 and I can see and feel in my body that I am healthier and stronger. I have been getting treatment on my abdomen and my eyes for better digestive system and treatment for glaucoma. My body is more sensitive to the foods that are not healthy and I can tell through my eyes when I’m stressed because I can feel the pressure from the inside of my eye sockets. My senses are overall more sensitive, which shows me that I am getting healthier. I definitely recommend Dr. Choi if you’re looking for an acupuncturist and also if you’re looking for herbal medicine. Which I forgot to mention, but they do this process (not sure what it’s called) to get rid of all the pesticides from the herbs before they make the medicine, which means it’s completely safe to trust that you’re getting the best qualities of herbs!

I’ve had facial pulsy for several months but got no proper treatment even in the hospital. All medical dotors told me to take a rest for a while and see how it goes. But in this clinic, I feel so greatful to watch how amazingly Choi’s acupuncture skill is making changes that no other doctor has never given to me. Thanks again to Dr. Choi, and I wish you could have the same kind of things I’ve ever had.
