I like the fact that the classes are really cheap and the instructor Cynthia was pretty good. But the parking is not that great and the area is a little scary some guy came to the door and was watching the class while we were exercising any seemed drunk. So just remember you get what you pay for the workout was good but dealing with the parking and that part of town is a little scary so other than that I give it three stars.

Entire class is taught in Spanish, so be prepared to understand «uno, dos, ariba»
Bring cash with you, there’s meter parking which is $ 1 an hour. Each class is $ 4

I love this place. There’s not a lot of verbal instruction and when there is it is in Spanish, but not a big deal at all. Exercise is a universal language, right? The instructors are so good and have high energy and you definitely leave exhausted and drenched. The music is great and there’s always a good crowd but it’s never too crowded. They also have classes at very convenient times. And it’s $ 3 a class, which you can’t beat! Especially in LA. Highly recommend!

don’t bring a lot of stuff with you as there isn’t a storage/​locker area
good workout. fairly easy to follow
some classes can be pretty busy. they have stars on the ground marking people’s positions so everyone is spaced evenly.
