If I could, I would give this office 0 stars. They kept my 90 year old mother in the office for four hours. She has severe dementia and is often confused. I had talked to the office several times (Connie) and received no help or understanding. In other words, no caring just bullying. I also believe that they create too many visits. They seem deaf and ignorant of their patients discomfort. The office was full of very unhappy people today. My advice is find another doctor. I hope to go back to Dr. Hanscom and pay. It’s worth the money to get humane treatment.

McCannel’s a retinal specialist at Jules Stein on the UCLA campus. he saved the retina in my right eye after another surgeon botched the job. He trained at Jules Stein and the Mayo Clinic. If you want the best, he’s your man.
