Excellent and quick front end alignment service for one of our tractors that we needed servicing the same day. I originally had a very negative experience with Commercial Tire Company. See my previous review below.
Since then, the Vice President of Operations Jeff Phillips contacted me. He was very concerned with rectifying the situation and assured me that my experience was isolated and not the way the company does business.
I am pleased to report that since my initial review, on Jeff’s recommendation, we returned to this establishment. Everything that Jeff promised he delivered and I left content with my decision to give them a second chance. I do not remember who we dealt with the first time. But Jeff and Jose are extremely efficient and honest. If you do have any negative experiences, which I am sure you will not. I recommend that you speak to Jeff about it. I appreciate his time and follow up and look forward to doing business with them again soon.
