We are members of The American Physical Therapy Association and Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN).

PTPN physical therapists are selected on the basis of and have agreed to maintain high standards of excellence. Having met these exacting standards for the provision of physical therapy services, this practice has been granted membership.

In addition, CCPT is recognized and awarded the OUTCOMES EXCELLENCE AWARD through PTPN for exceeding the national average for Functional change.

Community Center Physical Therapy has been serving the West Hills community since 1962 and has always been a family owned business. We pride ourselves on care that exceeds that of which is expected.
