Recently went in to what I heard is a new, high-end and hip interior designer retail store. While I have to say that the store was merchandised beautifully, there was nothing else good about this store. The customer service was absolutely horrible, first and foremost. «High-end» means great service, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff who know about the product. The«queenie» receptionist at the reception desk was rude, disinterested, and uninformed about the products they sold. I felt as if I was bothering him from sitting behind his desk and he knew nothing about what they had in stock or any product knowledge about what they were selling. The store itself felt like a bootleg version of a CB2 knockoff as they only had floor models of the things I was interested in which seemed ghetto. Does anybody want to buy the model that everyone has been pawing at on the floor? There was so much art it was overwhelming and I wasn’t sure if the owners used to own a gallery or something. And maybe this is superficial, but the floors in the store were really dirty, and marked up! Just seemed liked they didn’t really know what to do and they didn’t really have anything that you couldn’t get anywhere else except for a few over priced vintage items. Skip it.
