Copy To Go

I found Copy To Go on Unilocal and was very pleased with their service.
I needed 200 wedding programs printed out on card stock. They had my order ready within 2 days and just the way I wanted it. Their process is simple and quick. You email your project to them, they review, and then print. After shopping around, they had the best prices around town. If you use the Unilocal deal, you can get $ 25 off. The workers are friendly and always pick up the phone.
I would definitely use Copy To Go again for future printing jobs.

I had a great experience with Copy to Go. I had a last-​minute/​rush order for printing/​laminating and they were very helpful and responsive. I placed my order from Georgia for some co-​workers who were staying at a nearby hotel in Westwood. I never even stepped foot in the shop but had a great sense of confidence that they Copy to Go would «pull it off» for me… And they did! Based on this experience, I highly recommend Copy to Go.

Had to reopen my Unilocal to give this company a well-​deserved review. Five star everything… from customer service, wait-​time, and cost. I went there last July to get my résumé printed (using my own parchment papers) – and no problem. Printed me two copies and it didn’t cost that much… the manager, I believe, didn’t want me to use my card because it was less than $ 5. He then told me «Good luck with your interview, and just come back when you get the job.» I was really moved and got my mood up… I went back to my car and got some coins and paid him. I thank them and went straight to my interview. Really awesome and knowledgeable guys working there… I highly recommend them.

DISSATISFIED! — Just went in to get copies made 8 ½×11, white paper 3 –holed, 200 pages. They ended up using some drill contraption to make the holes in the paper that ended up being huge! Tried making multiple lame excuses including that bigger holes is better for a binder but my copy is a script and needed to have brads. Holes were so big it the brads fell through the holes. If they can’t make simple copies, why trust them to do anything else? Trying to help a mom and pop shop and now going to reliable Kinkos.

They finished my job correctly, on time and were very professional.

Love copy to go guys. This shop definitely has a cozy mom and pop (or should I say son-​and-​pop?) feel. They are so easy to talk to and despite the fact that I change around my type of paper after payment, they are willing to do so (we had to adjust qty so they do not lose money) :)
But in the end, im happy, they’re happy, we’re all happy.
These are my go-​to guys now for all my printing needs and I will gladly recommend them to all my friends and fellow Unilocalers.

Fantastic service, very professional, organized, affordable, and quick. I did a great deal of research before I went to this place to make copies of course material for grad school. They were the most affordable of all the copy places in Westwood. The gentleman working there was very polite and helpful. I recommend this place for anyone looking to make copies at great price with wonderful service.

Just started using Copy To Go, and they are fantastic. I was looking for a printing co. that does spiral binding, and finally found this place. I only intended to get something spiral bound there, but ended up giving them more of my business for printing materials. Very friendly, helpful, and very affordable. I am excited to bring them more business! I highly recommend.

This is my go-​to place to get my printing done for large-​volume manuscript printing jobs that I use periodically for work. The owner (Elias?) and his graphic design team (including Chad) are always warm, treat me like a friend, & are super helpful. plus they’re quick – i usually email my PDFs in and the job is always ready and waiting for me by the time i pick it up half an hour later.
I’ve tried other places like Copymat etc that are actually much closer to where I live in Hollywood, but I consistently drive 30 min out of my way to go to these guys because they always know what I want and deliver a high quality job. and most importantly, they are the CHEAPEST per page! i’m not sure why these other reviews are so negative — but i’ve only had positive experiences with them and have used them for more than a dozen jobs. i love to support small independent shops and i’m happy to keep going back to this one.

Elias and his wife are friendly and accommodating. The graphic coordinator/​production assistants, are quality. This being said, be careful that you do not get taken advantage of. Be clear what is expected of the end product, and when you need it realistically completed.
Great Mom & Pop Shop!

Unbelievably rude.
Walked in at 3pm on a weekday.
I assumed it was open since:
1) The OPEN sign was on
2) The business hours on Unilocal said it was open until 6pm
3) The lights were on
4) The entrance was open
When I walk in, I encounter a man sitting at a computer and talking on the phone.
«Hey, hey, hey! Excuse me?»
Uh, excuse ME?
(But in real life I said)
«Hi, can I get some black and white prints?»
«No, no, no, we are CLOSED. We are CLOSED. And we only do large orders. How many are you going to do? Are you going to do a large order? We don’t do small orders. We are CLOSED.»
WTF moment.
First of all, don’t assume how many prints I’m about to order. You missed a simple, easy and profitable order due to your attitude.
Secondly, don’t repeat the same thing more than once. I hear you. I get that from my parents enough. Excessive immigrant mentality…
Thirdly, you forgot to say hello. You own this business, yes? Then take some pride in it. Make people feel welcome to invest in your business. Even if you forgot to turn off the open sign, please don’t make it sound like I barged in like a robber.

Went to Copymat instead and found TWO super friendly workers helping me out as soon as I walked in. That’s what I call customer service.

I needed promotional cards made for a launch party my business was throwing. After looking at several copy places throughout West LA, I found Copy To Go. The employees were extremely helpful and the pricing was very reasonable. They were able to get my order done in a timely and professional manner.
The prints were quite complex, but Copy to Go was able to make them look exceptional! Thank you Copy to Go!

Came in before an interview and needed copies of my resume. Although they had a 150 copy minimum, they took care of me with a smile. Pleasant, efficient people. Go here not Kinko’s/Fedex! Thank you copy to go.

Just a really big thank you! I needed to get my husband’s brochures done quick and done right. You guys really came through for me even hand folding the copies after the shop officially closed to meet his deadline. The brochures look great and your price beat all other places I saw. We’ll be back!

Expensive and difficult to work with!
I’m not sure if all of the other reviewers just don’t deal with professional printing enough or what, but this is one case where Unilocal has led me astray.
I had a rush order for business cards that I needed filled. Since I was working with a client in Westwood, I opted to look for a printer on this side of town instead of using the one my designer recommended. This was my first mistake.
I won’t go into all of the details of the story, but let’s just say that my arm got twisted into ordering a 1K batch for $ 109, which you can get for $ 40 elsewhere. Within two hours, I called to cancel and they said that they couldn’t call the vendor they outsource to, which is bull. When I picked up the short-​run stack, they were off-​center, on the wrong paper, and had smudges on the front and along the cut of most of them. Completely unprofessional.
All I could do was get them to cut $ 30 off the total for $ 90 even, but even that is too much. I’ll update with how good/​bad the quality is when I get the cards, but if you need professional printing, go elsewhere.

What can I say??? Copy To Go is one of the best deals in my neighborhood. They are reasonably priced, the service is quick, and they’re a fantastic little neighborhood business that everyone should support.

If I had gone to Kinko’s I would have had some slackers standing behind a counter telling me that the order I emailed them was going to take 4 hours (when really all they have to do is download the pdf to their desktop and hit the print button).
These guys were awesome! I highly recommend them and I will definitely be going back to them for my future business and personal printing needs.

I’m with Dawson on this, I like that this place is independent, quick, and cheap. Perfect for the grad student who needs to have reports bound right before they’re due.

Cheap copies, fast, flexible, great service.
I needed to print a 150 page PDF from a file and make 5 copies of it. Kinkos across the street would have charged $ 75 (!!) for ME to print ONE original set for photocopying, plus $ 6/​hour just to plug into their laptop station in order to print the file, and then charged a small fortune on top of that for ME to self-​copy the 5 sets on their crappy photocopiers. At Copy To Go, they lent me a flash drive to upload the file onto, and then they printed ALL the sets on their awesome new Canon printer, for 5 cents per copy — $ 7.50 per set, fresh off the printer — and it took about 5 minutes. Plus they told me that next time I could email them the file ahead of time with my instructions, so I could just go in and pick up the finished product. Did I mention they are super friendly? Why would anyone in the area ever go to Kinkos, which costs more than 10x the price and I’m doing all the work?

I ran across this shop yesterday on my way to the necessary evil that often is FedEx Kinkos and I’m so happy I did!
Great (rush) service with a smile, very nice quality glossy color printing, no drama pulling files off the zip drive I had in tow or even reformatting them for quicker printing. And they had this awesome automatic cutter that could have easily taken off an adult limb. Let’s just say I was cringing in awe and amazement as I stood a safe distance away.
All that for a very reasonable price. So reasonable in fact, I won’t repeat it for fear of putting these guys under!
Take that, Kinkos! Take it!

Got some business cards here with a partner. They had a very fast turn around time and did a great job communicating and getting proofs back to us for quick changes and then final approval.
The price was very reasonable. The people at the counter are friendly.
I am going to bring lots more business to this place. Will update my review to let people know how the letterhead and envelopes are from this place.
Wish there was better parking here but it would be the same at any print shop in the area!
