Their food is great, but oh my god is the service TERRIBLE. I ordered over the phone at 3:00 for pick up at 4:30. I then I arrived promptly at 4:30 only to have to wait at the FRONT of the line for an hour to get help because no one bothered to approach me. And had to even ask multiple people because some people even gave me the «one moment» finger. I had to literally yell out to get attention because I was getting so anxious, only to have them say that the «pick up» line is not where I pick up my pizza if I order over the phone and that I had to pay for my pizza. BUT I couldn’t pay where I was already waiting I had to get in ANOTHER LINE to pay
I was so dissatisfied I made a Unilocal acc just to tell people of unprofessional they handled me.
