Founded by Michelin star chef Cristina Bowerman and a group of international entrepreneurs, Crateful’s mission is to bring the Michelin Star experience to everyone’s event.
Our mission is to source organic, local ingredients and applying the skills and techniques of haute cuisine to create healthy, beautiful and delicious meals.

A 2010 Michelin Star recipient and Chef Ambassador of the 2015 World Expo, Chef Cristina Bowerman has become one of the world’s most acclaimed chefs. Famous for perfectly balancing everyday Italian culinary tradition with her own interpretation of «haute cuisine», she creates satisfying dishes based on cross-cultural fusion, recognizable tastes, original ingredients and preparations. Chef Bowerman attended Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX. She then worked at several restaurants, including the prestigious Driskill Grill. But the lure of home drew Chef Bowerman back to Italy, where she worked at Convivio Troiani. In 2006, she became Chef at Glass Hostaria in Rome where she won the Michelin star as well as numerous other prizes. She has been nominated Chef Ambassador to the 2015 World Expo.
