Established in 2011.

During his sophomore year at UCLA, a life altering opportunity arose in the form of a training apprenticeship with Gary L. Morris and Penny Flinn of the Pacific Crest Companies in the Land Use, Entitlement, Expediting and Brokerage fields of Real Estate where he later became the Vice President of both the Consulting and Brokerage Companies. Jason obtained his real estate salesperson license, worked on many millions of dollars of real estate development projects and brokered a prominent Beverly Hills development property for a client. Utilizing the training from exposure to the elite talents of the industry from Developers, Construction Managers, Architects, Engineers and Contractors as well as the learned success gained from the involvement and completion of over 500 diverse real estate development projects. Jason H. Somers and his team at Crest Real Estate have the experience and ability to take diverse projects from the conceptual stages through the completion of construction.

Born, raised, educated and trained in the Los Angeles area, he has had the opportunity to become intimately connected to the Los Angeles Real Estate market. At the age of 19, during his sophomore year at UCLA, a life altering opportunity arose in the form of a training apprenticeship with Gary L. Morris and Penny Flinn of the Pacific Crest Companies in the Land Use, Entitlement, Expediting and Brokerage fields of Real Estate where he later became the Vice President of both the Consulting and Brokerage Companies. An immediate affinity for the strategy and attention to detail required in the success of the development of high end real estate projects was formed.
