LOVE YOU TONY! simply amazing. He always gets me. Knows exactly what I want with my nails. I’m from LA and for being in Chino the prices are cheap. $ 18 for fills and $ 15 for spa pedicure. Not bad at all. I been to places in LA where they charge more for spa pedicure. They have lots of colors and gel. The ppl are super friendly. Please make sure to make appointment ahead because they are always Booked! Wait can be long. Everything I go somewhere else if I can’t make it to Chino… I end up being dissapointed. Very clean place as well and they are able to do any shape or design. Go here will not regret it

Here goes a bad review. I got acrylic nails because of the rave that’s going on in social media. After a week, I noticed that the nails were chipping off. Didn’t care until one complete nail came off at a week and a half. So I decided to stop by the shop. To my surprise they were charging me another $ 20 to fix their lame excuse of acrylic nails. So I left and decided to never return.

So I really had a nail emergency because I have a job interview tomorrow. I checked on Unilocal for nail salons that were open near me since the one I had started going to is closed on Sunday. Most of them had really bad recent reviews but I found Diamond Nails and decided to give them a try. My cousin decides to tag along with me since she’s going back to work tomorrow and needed a mani/​pedi. We arrive and ate greeted at the door with the usual asking if what we needed done today. I explain that I need nail repairs in three nails and I needed a fill, my cousin tells them about her mani/​pedi, we’re told to pick out our colors and it will be about a 7 minute wait. My cousin opts for gel lacquer while I choose normal lacquer and also the matte top coat that was with the other colors.
Two of my nails were badly damaged and I knew getting the existing nail removed was going to hurt, what I didn’t expect though was that the technician would attempt to remove the nail at the exact point of the break rather than starting from the sides. After a few exclamations of pain she reluctantly decoded to change her approach and was able to remove the existing damaged acrylic. Oh yeah forgot to mention that the current set I have is at most 2 weeks old and they were trying to convince me to remove all my nails and get an entire new set, even after I explained how recent this existing set was applied. I understood that the cost would be about the same, but it would be less painful on my part and significantly less work on the tech’s part. Still, they continued to press the issue but I’m not a big fan of enduring pain that’s easily avoided so I stood my ground on this.
Everything was going okay until the shaping of the nails. I have coffin shaped nails but there’s really not much you could mess up on them… I thought. I pointed out issues here and there but overall the shape and surface of the nails were lumpy and it showed even more once the lacquer was applied. They were teeing to get me to get a decal on my ring fingers for an additional $ 5 and I was like okay whatever to distract from the rolling hills texture that’s currently going on. The tech is putting on the matte top coat and that’s when the main tech (I’m assuming she’s the manager/​owner) decides to tell me it’s an extra $ 3 for the matte top coat. W… T…F… you think she would have mentioned that when she was upselling me on the decals. I then told them that if the matte is an extra $ 3 then I was not getting the decals. They finished the hatchet job on my nails and set me under the dryer. I’m looking at my nails and I’m like f — - this and get up to leave, in the process nicking one of my nails. At this point I really wasn’t caring. I paid since the services were rendered but I promise I will never come to this nail shop again. If I’m gonna pay $ 38 for a crap job is rather pay my 7-​yr old niece to do them. My cousin also told me she wasn’t too impressed with her manicure either.
I ended up coming home and trying to salvage what I could to make my nails look decent. I’m not a professional so they aren’t perfect, but they are a significant improvement over what I walked out the salon with.

Love their work. Went for my second time and was complete satisfied. I’ve had my nails done by two techs and both times I’ve been happy with the results.

Nice ladies but not a good job. Came here for a gel manicure because I didn’t want to drive to Monterey park where I usually get them done but I should of just done the drive. The manicure came out messy and a little clumpy I want to take off this mess off already and I just got them done. They are a little cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Not happy with the job.

I love this place! Awesome nail polish selection and brands. If you’re in a hurry they work pretty fast for you. I love that they use plastic liners for the foot sink in the spa chairs!!! Cleanliness is very important! Good experiences so far. Can’t wait to go again soon!

I was sitting right next to my friend when she told the lady like 4 times before she said it LOUDER to try and be more CLEAR, when she noticed she wasn’t understanding MY friend was the one who actually looked over at YOU to ask you to translate because she was obviously NOT understanding. On ur other comment I have been to SEVERAL nail places where they do my refills and they CERTAINLY DO NOT BREAK 2 HOURS LATER. I mean are you kidding? Don’t try to blame my friend for you guys shitty job.

I loved coming here to get my nails done.
I walked in and it was empty so they took us in right away. I was a bit skeptic on the prices since I usually never get anything done at salons. I cut my own hair, dye my own hair and paint my own nails. I don’t care how it comes out, I’m a pretty simple gal when it comes to beauty.
Anyways, they were very nice and welcoming. During the process of gelling my nails a family visiting from France came in and I thought «oh great… They’re going to rush us out in order to attend them.» (Because that’s usually how it goes at these nail places and it’s always a drag) However, they really surprised me when they told the family to come back in a while. The family happily agreed and the ladies took their time with us. I really commend them on that.
In the end they had the perfect red I love! And my gel nails stayed on for over 3 weeks. I will definitely come back again!

Loved this place. Amazing service. Got a great deal. Gel mani and reg pedi. Came on a Thursday. Sat on the spa chair and relaxed until my pedi dryed. 5 stars for sure!

Came here for the first time and I loved the service! Mimi and Ella took their time and made sure that I left happy. I sure did! Plus they are also very clean (: I will definitely come back and I definitely recommend this place!

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Came in at 645 ish wanting a mani and pedi. Someone asked me if it was ok if I waited. I didn’t mind. What I do mind is waiting an hr and then all of a sudden they take some girl that came in at 730 because they told her to come back when she was there earlier. WTF! NO! That’s not my problem. I waited and i should’ve been next. I told one of the technicians and she was like ohhhh yeah yeah sit down. How about NO!
Too bad I had to give this place 1 star.

Just visited this place today, and I give them one star for the cleanliness of the tools they use. It was good to see how every time they do a new client they take a clean packet from the sterilizer. The pedicure was okay, the design was not to me liking. My daughters pedicure was like 3 min long its almost the same price as the adult.

First time here and I’m already beyond impressed with the service. I will post pictures later! Highly recommend this place, super clean, great customer service and they offer a variety of good quality nail polishes! I found my new nail place!

Very clean and good place to get your pedicure, they use a new plastic bag every time ur gonna get a pedicure which makes it much more cleaner than other places that just clean the tub with water and don’t even bother to clean it right every time I have gone there’s only two people so it’s better to make an appointment ahead of time since they get plenty of walk-​ins throughout the day. The spa pedicure lasts about 45min to 1 hour and Mimi does a very good job, the foot massage she gives is very relaxing will definitely keep coming here but make sure to make an appointment if u don’t want to wait for a long time

I found this place because of my sister. It was 7:30 pm and I needed a full set really bad. Tony was already busy helping someone else I waited about 30 minutes and Mimi finally helped me and started on my set. Tony and Mimi both did an excellent job not only on me but also on my sister. I really love how my nails came out. I’m not one to trust just anyone with my nails but I absolutely loved the turn out. Tony did such a great job, he took his time even though it was time for him to close. They provided my sister and I with great service. I will be coming back but I do recommend you make an appointment although walk-​ins are welcomed.

First time here and very clean newly remodeled place right by target, found it because I am a Unilocaler. Very friendly staff they took us right in but next time I will do an appointment. The owner really suggest appointment they are in high demand. I enjoyed their massage spa the tech took his time scraping and doing his thing. As well his massage was amazing he has the touch. You can see they sterilize their equipment all clean and warm towels. They have many choices of colors OPI china glaze and essie

This nail salon is pretty new and word hasn’t gotten out yet about how great this place is. I would highly recommend you make an appointment as there were only 3 nails techs working on a Saturday. Despite waiting customers, the techs did not rush and took their time with massages and making sure the polish application was perfect. The salon is clean and they use disposable material. The staff was extremely attentive and offered us water upon sitting in the big comfy massage chair. I was impressed with their nail selection: Essie, OPI, seche vite top coat, etc.
Also, they have a grand opening promotion going on right now so it’s an opportunity to splurge on the deluxe and royal packages for less. Oh and the honey scrub smells divine. Treat yourself!

This is not the establishment that I initially reviewed. Thid used to be called «Lady Boss Nails and Spa» however, that is not what it is now.
I called in to make my usual appointment but this business was extremely rude and didn’t even tell me the business had been changed. I called and asked to make an appointment with Juana, and he told me that she was on vacation and when I asked when she’ll be back he said he doesn’t know. So I called back a week later after my nails were beyond desperate and I asked to make an appointment for later that week and they told me she no longer works there. Then I called the third time to find out if they knew where Juana worked and he told me that she was on vacation again. I don’t like their customer service and I won’t be coming to even try their services. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just tell me in the first place that they had switched establishments and that the employees who work there previously no longer worked there. Also be forewarned that the person I spoke with was very unfamiliar with the English language and probably didn’t even understand what I was saying. However, I do have to say that the shop is styled nicely, as long as they didn’t change too much with the new ownership.
