I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal. Booking an appointment with them was already such a hassle because their laser machine is only available on certain days. They are also not flexible with lateness. My first appointment, I booked their last time slot at 6pm since I dont get off work til 5pm. I came in early, but they were running behind with their customers. Then around 6:15pm, they asked if I could reschedule since they were closing at 6:30pm and could not accommodate me. I was really annoyed because I could have stayed at work for some overtime pay yet I made all this trouble to wait and not get anything done. I firmly told them NO and I am going to stay and wait til I get my turn. They obliged and finally got to me past 6:30pm. On my 2nd and 3rd appointment, I had already anticipated the trouble with scheduling so I had to adjust to them. But my last appointment was certainly the worst because my underarms were stinging so badly after. I have done laser hair removal quite a few times and a stinging sensation is normal after but this one was really bad to the point that it caused some burn marks. I am not sure if it was because they placed ice first before the hair removal. This was certainly the first time I’ve experienced placing ice before hair removal. I wish I had read the reviews and stayed away from this place. It is cheap for a reason!

terrible place my wife went for facial laser treatment tuen out more dark spot than before and went back for more treatment, yet its not happening dark spot remains I really want to sue this doctor(not even sure if he is real doctor) and the company. ” our new laser machine can erase dark spot on one or two max treatment” yea right its bs don’t ever go there for laser dark spot removal bad really bad

Should Unilocal have the option to give negative scores, I definitely would as this was my worst experience ever. My mom initially heard a segment on the radio where a representative from the clinic raves about their new technology. How these new machines will take inches off your waist in one or two sessions. How with their new laser machines, pounds drop off without any pain or struggle. How their offices have found a new revolutionary way of helping the public with their weight struggles. My mother bought me a package for my birthday with high hopes of seeing those kinds of results the clinic was raving about on the radio. I went in for my consultation where I met with a pleasant young consultant thinking she was one of the doctors(I was wrong). I actually never saw a doctor, or they me, within my 4 months attending the clinic. My treatments were nothing like what was described on air. There were 7 shots involved in each treatment. Mind you, had I known ahead of time about injections, I would’ve never signed up for these sessions. Going through this painful process didn’t even give me any results(maybe lost some water weight). During my sessions, there was so much employee turn-over I couldn’t keep anyone straight. My nurse changed 3 times and the reception area constantly had new people training which made things much more difficult for a person like me to adjust and explain my needle phobia. Every time there was a change, the new staff didn’t know how I was or how they needed to handle me and I would just leave there crying in pain. I also noticed the clinic didn’t change the blankets, sheets, or towels covering the pillows after other patients when it was my turn to use the room. I contacted the manager and the owner for some type of resolution in terms of getting a refund or at least some of the money back since my treatments weren’t completed without result. The manager seems to at least be open to discussion but the owner is just basically an ass. He basically said that I didn’t see the results I should have because I didn’t consult with him. Then maybe, he should have consulted with me before taking money from me.

This was my second time getting IPL treatment. I had no problem from the first treatment; no blemish, soreness, burns. Therefore, I expected the same result since I have to go to work the day after. This time, when she tested on my face it was PAINFUL. I told her that hurts so bad, but she said she is using lower point level than the last time and that is normal that I feel pain on my facial skin. So I told her it feels really different from the last visit. She ignored. Especially when she was doing on my forehead, I felt like someone was flicking my forehead real bad. I told her, but she didn’t stop. After she finished the treatment, I told her I am having severe pain. My face was freaking burning. When I checked my face on mirror, I got SHOCKED. It was RED. My face got burned. Since the technician said that is normal that I get this freaking burn marks on all over my face, which will last almost for 2 weeks, I am going to see the lawyer tmrw. That fucking attitude!!! I am so pissed!!!

I would give it 1 star to be honest. But because they speak English better than I expect and my husband got me 4 treatments as a gift, I give it an extra star. For all people whose intetested though-I warm you, don’t come here! Terrible service, they give you pressure to buy more, and very unprofessional!

I went from obese to heathy weight for my BMI within 2 months through their weight loss program. Definitely 5 stars from me! It’s been more than a month since I completed the program and the lost weight has stayed off. I think I was able to avoid the yoyo effect because of the healthier lifestyle habits that I have acquired here. Dr. Sunny and the rest of the staff were very kind and extremely helpful. My improved physical health led to improvements in other areas: mental focus, energy, time management, social life, fashion etc. I didn’t really know what to expect when I first walked in here since I had never been to a clinic for weight loss. But I was impressed by their effectiveness and moved by their excellent customer service. You have my sincere thanks.

I would LOVE to rate this clinic with 0 stars but there is no option to do so. I bought a Groupon and made a appointment a month in advance for a Saturday facial, the day before my service I received a call that they will have to cancel my appointment because they ran out of products to do my service… I know, very strange that a Medical Clinic which is on Groupon would run out of products… I didn’t mind I just rescheduled for 2 weeks later also on a Saturday. The before my appointment again I received a call that they will need to cancel my appointment because the service I purchased they do not do on Saturday’s…OK, now I am pissed and annoyed. The Supervisor/Manager was not helpful at all and did not try to apologize… I called Groupon and cancelled my purchase for this deal since I would NEVER make an appointment here again. They are unprofessional and should not be in service!!!

I will sure go back to this clinic in Wilshire. Good service. I love their Medical Assistant Carla. She makes you feel at home. Something that each customer is looking forward to. She treats you with respect and compassion. Very professional.
