I really do wish that I could give a better review here. Although everything was eventually sorted out, the fact still remains that I went through 4 rings with DTLA, and all of them had diamonds missing after about two-​five days of wear. I can only speak for this specific piece as I haven’t ordered anything else. While the customer service sufficed in the end (I did get my full refund after some back and forth), I don’t think I will work with dtla again.
