I’ve been an athlete my entire life. I began playing sports when I was in elementary school & I continued to play all through high school. I went from being super active in high school to quite sedentary in college (I played the occasional intra-mural soccer game, but that’s about it…) & I noticed a huge difference in my body. Not only did I become inactive, but I also picked up the typical bad habits of a typical college student: drinking & eating poorly. By the time I graduated, I was out of shape & unhappy with my physical appearance; I knew I needed to make a change…
My mom asked me if I wanted to go to a personal trainer with her & my little sister. I couldn’t say «YES!!!» fast enough & for the next two & a half years, I went to this trainer. I learned how to eat clean & how to lift weights; this changed my life. I was soon in the best shape of my life. Through ups & downs physical fitness has remained an important part of my life & has led me to my dream career.

«Try the Cayenne Shrimp Salad (no tortilla strips and dressing on the side) for lunch or the Chicken Portabello Wrap for a great pre/post workout meal.»
