Specialties
Dumas & Kim, APC is a firm that specializes in bankruptcy, collection, and general commercial litigation. We have sub-specialties in the representation of bankruptcy trustees and in litigation-driven bankruptcies. Unlike most firms with a bankruptcy focus, we don’t confine ourselves to the bankruptcy courts.
We frequently practice in the state and federal district courts, as well as before local and international arbitration panels. We are committed to a holistic and cost-effective approach to addressing our clients’ problems.
We make realistic and predictable fee arrangements with our clients, tailored to what is financially at stake in the matters we handle. Under appropriate circumstances, we are prepared to share in the risk that a favorable litigation outcome will be obtained.
History
Established in 1981.
We specialize in bankruptcy, collection, and general commercial litigation. We pride ourselves in dealing candidly with our clients and courteously but firmly with our litigation opponents, while conceiving and aggressively implementing economically realistic and creative strategies to accomplish our clients’ purposes. We are not lost in the legal profession bubble. Our focus is on the real world of businesses and human beings the legal system is designed to serve.
