Dungeon of Discipline Gym

I was in town for a week and I wanted a quick effective workout, this place was by far one of the best training I had .and I workout alot. The trainer had a 10 minute conversation with me before we started and understood exactly what I need and more! They are experts and know everything and def know how to motivate you. Would go back anytime im in LA and I highly recommend anyone who’s in town to try it. Overall jus a great experience.

The dungeon of discipline is a great place to workout! Darryl is amazing and very patient and informative. The gym is clean, well-​equipped, and they really personalize the workouts to what your needs and goals are. They are supportive and will get you to achieve your goals! First of all, this is a gym that just focuses on personal training. You don’t have to worry about regular gym go-​ers getting in your way during your training. I love it !
The facility is well equipped, very clean and is filled with great energy.
I can honestly say that Darryl and Sonda are two of the best personal trainers.
Their knowledge level, and their true understanding of the physical mechanics of the human body help me fully understand how to work out properly and encourages me to push myself. You realize how much time & effort you have wasted by working out & eating wrong way with your half-​ass knowledge putting together from something you heard /​read from somewhere without thoroughly studying. They know exactly what you need to do to achieve your goal and guide you to get to your goal through workout and nutritious guidance.
The sessions are fun, challenging (seriously… You think you are in shape? Try working out with them ! They will show you the reality !!) and a learning experience.
They are easy to relate to and have a great sense of humor which helps to make tough sessions fun and motivate me.
They also offer supplements — 7day cleanse is the best way to cleanse your body. I’ve been using this cleanse once a month. Most of my friends are using this cleanse too!
I recommend Dungeon of discipline gym for everyone… young to old, out of shape to professional athletes!

The Dungeon of Discipline is a one of a kind type of place. Not only are the trainers amazing, but the support you receive from all ends, keeps you motivated to continue coming back and feeling happier every time. Sonda is a tough but encouraging trainer who changes the way you think about working out and eating right, she helps you make a life change and keeps you looking forward to the next time you step a foot in the Dungeon. If I had one line that describes what happens in the Dungeon (said by both trainers and now engraved in clients minds) «Know your limits and ignore them!»

This is amazing private gym. Sonda is highly skilled and extremely knowledgable trainer and nutritionist too. She continues motivating you to improve and work harder.
They don’t waste your time. the most important thing you should know is that you are working with true professional who really know what they are doing. They are very caring, fun and friendly. I look forward to to my sessions. they also carry great supplements.

These trainers have been in my life for almost 8 years, and I am telling you that they will take care of your body. Whether it is training, boxing, physically therapy, meal plans, supplements… this private studio has continuously provided their clients with the ability to get the absolute best results. You will also look forward to going to your sessions, because along with challenges, you will feel secure in knowing that you are working with true professionals who really know what they are talking about. They are incredible people who will push and educate you at the same time.
The head trainer, Darryl, is a man who can look at your body and know exactly what needs to be done to get you to the best place both look and health-​wise. The meal plan that he recommended to me absolutely changed the way that I look at food and it has helped me transform my body. His training sessions have challenged me to strive to be the best that I can be.
I would recommend the Dungeon for anyone who is ready to make themselves a priority.

Darryl got me into shape. I lost 6 perfect body fat, 17 pounds, and I’m able to run 3 miles without stopping. I leave his gym looking forward to the next session. I’m in the best shape of my life.
