Established in 2013.

Opened in 2013, the Branch Manager has over 12 years experience in the pest control industry. QAL licensed in Landscape, OPR licensed in general pest, Certificate from Purdue University in IPM (Integrated Pest Management) in Public Bldgs & Landscaping, Africinized European Honey Bee Certified, Organic Certified, H.A.C.C.P Certified (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), Pursuing an Entomology designation from Purdue University.

Called them last Friday and was told someone would call me back about my biting insect problem «as fast as humanly possible.» Five days later, I’ve still heard nothing. In fairness to them, the bugs are insane in LA this year, so they may just be too busy, but if that’s the case, I wish they had referred me to someone else.

We are happy with their service. We had an issue with them getting back to us but they resolved it. And to me resolving an issue is really important in regards to customer service. So kudos for that.

Nice people, but was affirmed their eco-​friendly spray (which was apparently just a mixture of peanut and rosemary oils. could have bought at a natural foods store?) would take care of my fly problem pretty much once and for all. They sprayed for about 10 minutes, swiped my credit card and left. It sorta worked for +/​-​8 hours, but after a few days the flies have returned worse than ever
Now calling the non-​eco-​friendly guys for some real deal chemicals

Second time using their service, and absolutely happy.
First, they came for a very bad ant infestation with both argentine and pharaoh ants. They came and sprayed our kitchen and around the whole house an organic product that actually smelled very nice… voilá! problem solved.
Second time, it was rats in our attic. We searched for different options and again, they were the best out of 4 candidates, not only for the price (they were not the cheapest we got, I have to say) but for the whole extermination plan.
We called, they answered promptly and came. They got into out attic and instead of giving us a terrifying scenario where our attic was a war zone and needed a 4K+ treatment as some providers said, they were very honest, took pictures and videos and showed us our problem. They put traps inside the attic and under the house and blocked all the accesses with screens.
Rats were nowhere to be found the next day and the day after we heard them trying to get in but left and haven’t been back since. Marlon just came over to check on the traps and showed us pictures again.
Needless to say, although we hope we never, ever need them again, if that is the case we will call them again.

Everytime we’ve used Earth First Pest Control, they send out the friendliest and most experienced Exterminators! Their knowledge goes above and beyond their job, they gave us recommendations on what to do in home to manage our problem with unfriendly little creatures attempting to infest our home, which could save us much headache and future money! Thank you Earth First for being a reliable, professional company to turn to.

These guys are really nice, which more than I can say for some other places I contacted. However, I really wanted their spray to work on our spider issue, black widow that is. It simply did not. With pets and kids around, we wanted to be earth friendly, but their spray was not strong enough.
We had to call them back after the spiders reappeared after 2 weeks, which they were happy to do free of charge. However, this second treatment did not take care of the problem. Perhaps if you have a more minor issues, these guys are good, but getting rid of pests for good did not happen for us unfortunately.

These guys are awesome. Called them late last night and they got back to me first thing in the morning and were here by early afternoon. They have a great attitude and knowledge of what they do. Was only looking for natural and organic treatment as we have 3 dogs and these guys were really conscious of making sure the dogs were well looked after. 5 stars all the way!

These guys are fantastic. We called and they were there the next day!
We had just moved in to our new home to find out the lawn and garage was teaming with roaches. Also spotted — ants, termites and black widows. They came in and took care of everything. We have two small children and wanted to use natural/​organic pest control. I was skeptical at first, but within minutes the results were clear! We signed up for a bi-​monthly plan and I am so happy we did.
