Terry Lewis has been in the natural pet grooming business for over 20 years. As a pet owner, Terry noticed that there was a serious lack of natural services and food options for her beloved pooch! Naturally, Terry opened Eco-​Pet to fill the natural pet grooming and food void where relaxing and caring natural pet services are the driving force of the business. Terry hopes to provide such a unique and positive experience that you’ll remember to make an appointment the next time your beloved dog or cat is in need of some grooming and natural treats!

I wish I could rate Eco Pets higher then five stars. This is the Best place to take your Pet for grooming needs. Very clean, very professional I have taken my dog to several other locations and no one cleans him as good as Eco Pets. He’s either cut uneven has cut marks on his face comes back with red eyes or ear infections. Eco Pets is the only place I will Trust with my Snowball. Thanks you Eco Pets for doing an outstanding job!

5 stars all the way! Eco-​pet rocks. Although they’re not the cheapest groomers, this is a place where when you pick up your bff you feel like you’ve gotten your money’s worth. We take our pampered pooch there for her spa-​day every month, without fail. They do a wonderful job and she happily jumps from my arms into Terri’s. Thanks Eco-​Pet!

Today (10÷22÷14) was my first time taking COCO to this dog groomer. Being new to Baldwin Hills, a neighbor referred me to Eco-​Pet and expressed how pleased she was with their service. Eco-​Pet opens at 10 am during the week. I was able to call and schedule an appointment the same day.
Eco-​Pet has friendly, family-​orientated staff. They made sure COCO was in safe hands and provided her with walks to take care of «business.»
Unsure on who actually groomed my dog, they did an overall okay job. I feel that I was overcharged for a basic wash, cut and style (bows). ($ 74 including tip) Where normally, in Gardena, CA I’ll spend $ 55 for a basic grooming service.
I would recommend this groomer to individuals who are in a hurry, like family businesses and are health conscious about their animals diet etc.

I just took my dog here for the first time and had a really great experience. I appreciate them using all natural products as you never know what kinds of chemicals could be irritating your dog’s skin. Terry is super friendly and a calming presence, which I could tell made my very nervous dog more at ease. Absolutely worth the price and I would definitely recommend supporting this local business.

I just took my baby Bella (9 year old Coton de tulear) here for the first time and we couldn’t be happier! I was able to get a same day appointment around 10am which I really appreciated. Bella was especially stinky that day and I could not wait for her to have a bath. Bella began to tremble when we first came in because she usually hates going to the groomer, but Terry was so nice that Bella even gave her a kiss before I handed her over! Terry was so sweet and informative when it came to grooming options. I eventually went with a trim, sanitary shave, poodle paws and oatmeal facial. She was done in less than 4 hours and she looked so happy and cute when we came to pick her up… like a fluffy little sheep dog with an incredibly soft coat. She got little pink bows in her hair and I caught her staring at herself in the mirror when we got home! Only the best for my princess… we will definitely be back soon!

They do okay work, but they are insanely over priced. I own a business very close by and I would love to bring my dogs here… but I would rather drive a few minutes and pay half of what they are charging here.

I love Terry & Eco-​Pet! After bouncing from groomer to groomer, I am grateful to find Eco-​Pet right in my own back yard. Terry is people friendly and animal friendlier. She is caring, conscious and patient. Other groomers have cut my Charlie’s (terrier/​poodle mix) nails too short and comment on his high-​strung personality. If Terry is thinking it, she never says it. Charlie loves going and I can leave him in good hands. The prices are reasonable, the staff is knowledgeable and the hours are convenient. To top it all of, my furry boy looks great after each visit.

Brought our cat in to get his nails clipped. Quick, Easy, Cat was so mellow (not his usual) from the calm environment that it took less than 5 minutes. $ 12 isn’t too bad of a price either.

VERY cool place. Teri is super friendly and talks to my dogs in a very sweet way, just like a friend would. Their crazy mats disappear and they look amazing every time I bring them.
The prices are only slightly higher than Petsmart’s, and I know my dogs are treated like individuals here. My only complaint would be that it doesn’t seem like records are kept of owners’ preferences (for instance, I’m allergic to the perfume many groomers use, so I request the dogs not receive it). I have to request the same thing every time, and if I forget… well… guess whose dogs smell like a grandma. I think after bringing them there a few more times she’ll remember what we like though!
We’ll definitely keep going there– they don’t even complain about the mats!

We just moved to the area. We’ve been looking for a new groomer for our 2 dogs. We walked in and they took our dogs in with no appointment. Had them ready way before the time she gave us. They got our business for now on. I recommend this place to any one looking for a good groomer in the area.

I just moved to Los Angeles and I had to find a new groom for my Lhasa Apso ASAP. I took my dog Bacon to Eco Pet today for grooming and I’m 100% pleased with the price and quality of the work. My poor dog was a shaggy matted mess this morning and when I went to pick him up I almost didn’t recognize him! Teri did an excellent job and she’s very personable so I wasn’t nervous leaving Bacon there. She even threw in a cute scarf for him to wear! Yay! For sure I’ll be going back.

Terry and her staff are excellent. Always kind and thoughtful. The groomers are meticulous. I’ve taken Max to other groomers in the past and he has been nipped accidentally and/​or left with the case of the jitters. Terry’s staff is superb. Max is a really big Labradoodle and he got pretty matted up one time. Although he had to be shaved, the groomer did an excellent job and Max left looking quite handsome and feeling (seemingly so) happy! Love the natural products and overall mindset!

Best all-​natural pet food store ever.
My poor little doggie has a lot of allergies, so she’s on a strict no-​grain diet of Innova. I’ve found the 8lb pags of it the cheapest here ($ 13.00). Besides the good selection of natural dog/​cat food, the staff here is amazingly friendly. I was in there yesterday, and the girl behind the counter took the time to make a photocopy of a posted bulletin for me so I could get my dog’s teeth cleaned at an affordable doggie dentist.
Love this place, love the staff. A+!

This is a great little pet store that sells all natural products for your pet. I don’t know how many other crazy pet owners are out there like myself but since I began to look at what I was eating and changed to more natural and organic foods, I began rethinking and paying attention to what my cats have been eating.
I’ve changed their diets to all natural products and yes, it costs a bit more but isn’t it worth it? So this place is literally right across the street from where I live and they actually carry the VERY rare brand of dry cat food that I buy for my cats. The service is friendly and they are reasonably priced, considering the high quality product that you’re purchasing.
They have a grooming service as well but since I have cats, it means very little to me. The area for grooming though seemed very clean, sanitary, and well equipped.
The only reason that I didn’t give them 5 stars was for the selection of cat stuff. Cats were reduced to just one small stand so there wasn’t a whole lost to choose from, however, I fully understand and am big enough to admit that its the dog lovers out there that seem to keep places like this in business.
So kudos to Eco-​Pet and for offering the wonderfully healthy foods that they do at good prices!

I used to take my dog here years ago for grooming. They use all natural products on your pet, which makes sense. Why would you put dangerous chemicals on your dog if you won’t put them on yourself?
My boyfriend used them recently and he said nothing’s changed since I was here, Terry even remembered my dog. It’s a lovely little Mom & Pop shop that carries the best wholesome pet products you can find.
Since most chains like PetCo and PetSmart are conducting themselves horribly (killing and abusing their animals — and selling them, which is wrong to begin with…) why not spend money at an ethical store like this? Again, it just makes sense.
BTW, the store is in Westchester, not Crenshaw as Unilocal has it listed. You can swing by anytime you’re taking La Cienega or La Tijera from LAX and going to/​from Culver City and/​or Hollywood.
