My online order will take two weeks to deliver. Need I say more.
I wonder if they have the product. 7 – 9 day to deliver two pair of pants. I think companies are hooding onto funds on the out chance they may go under.
Eddie Bauer’s customer service is just a place to be told what they can’t do. I’ve read, and hope to not experience their return policy is exasperating. If you use a gift card they take forever to place the funds back on the card.
I guess what I’m saying is they just want your money, only one time.

Terrific store w great service staff. Always treated like you are an Eddie Bauer friend. The store has more mens and women’s clothing for outdoor adventures than their normal clothing stores

Good selection, clean and organized layout, and very friendly staff. If you’re going to REI around the corner, you should give this store a look as well. Lots of neat stuff in here.
