Business Owner

Phillip J. Braunstein is a L.A. native and an expert in new construction, condos, luxury homes, and also commercial real estate transactions. He has conducted business and lived in Germany, Switzerland, and Shanghai and utilizes his understanding of the global economy and international markets to improve his real estate services at the local level. In 2012 – 2014, he closed over $ 28,000,000 in residential and commercial sales.

Phillip has a B.A. from UCLA and a Ph.D. from Boston College. He resides in Brentwood and has also taught at Loyola Marymount University.
