Meet the Business Owner
Chef Cris L.
Business Owner
Coming from a family where three generations have owned restaurants and have held recipes that go back more than 100 years, Chef Cris chose to attend the famed California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Program.
Chef Cris has over five years of professional catering experience, designing and preparing exquisite dishes for corporate and charity events, as well as private parties ranging from 100 to 500 guests. He also offers cooking lessons, one of which was featured on the Channel 22 show «Chile y limon».
After an internship at the highly regarded Frida restaurant, where he was offered the Executive Chef position, Chef Cris elected to divide his time between running his own Mexican cuisine restaurant in Los Angeles, El Gallito, offering catering services and cooking lessons.
