This place is very nice, no wait time and was helped quickly. I got all my questions answered and the staff was very helpful.

My HMO assigned me to this medical group a little over a year ago, and I must say, it’s been a good experience. Yes, there can be a lengthy wait to be seen by a doctor but what do you expect from a community clinic? The staff and doctors have always been friendly and always addressed my medical needs and concerns. It may not look «pretty» on the outside, but one does receive quality care, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Been coming to this clinic for years, honestly one of the worst clinics and doctors ever. The waits always take 2 – 4 hours just to get in, and waiting for the doctors to come and check on you takes about 25 minutes. The place is run-​down, and dirty. The waiting room is filthy, the exam rooms are worse. The service is not that great to begin with, the nurses seem miserable and are rude sometimes. The doctors do not seem to get to your problem and tend to focus on other things you did not even come for. The doctor has been rude to me when I ask questions about my health and the medicine they are providing me. The doctor has even forced me to lose weight because I am «over-​weight». I am not firstly, but they seem to believe it. I will never come here again. I transferred doctors over a year ago and this clinic did not want to send my files over, my new doctor told me they’ve sent a fax 3 times and they’ve ignored them. I went back in to ask them and they said they’ve never got a fax! Unbelievable. Do not waste your time here, even if its close to home.

I have been a regular here at this medical clinic located in North East Los Angeles on Eastern Avenue the stuff is usually very friendly outgoing make you feel welcome place a little tattered they could try to paint the place make it look a little bit more appealing. I do like the doctors especially there’s a female doctor I forget her name and she’s very nice is a very good demeanor and I’m always happy to see her as far as the front of the house stuff very helpful and they always remind me of my appointment and that usually able to squeeze me and even without one.

If this place wasn’t so close to home, i would never come here. Expect to wait at least 45 mins even with appt. They do not make same day appts, however; they welcome walkins daily from 2−4pm. If you are a walk in, expect to wait 1 – 2 hrs if not longer…
Typical doctors, nothing really special… they attempt to diagnose your problem and give u a prescription, unless u have done your own research and ask a bunch of questions.
