I should’ve Unilocaled this place first before ordering because I didn’t like anything I ate that day. I ordered a Carne asada burrito, my son ordered a chorizo burrito, and my daughter got asada tacos. the burritos were mainly beans and rice. I couldn’t see the meat until I got to the second half and the salsas were salty. When we left I seen a man who had ordered a torta and man… That looked good. Oh well. If I ever decide to come here again it won’t be for tacos or burritos.

The pastor tacos are yummy! And well would I ever go back for those tacos yes! and I believe they were fresh handmade tortillas and there is nothing better than that for me!

THETORTASWEREHUGE. Pair it with a fresh juice or a raspado and you’ll be left satisfied for the rest of the day. This place deserves some renovation though

It was my first time here and it was bad. Not only did I waited 15 mins for 2 raspados but it also tasted horrible. When I arrived and ordered the raspados there was only one person in front of me. She got her stuff and left while other people arrived. I saw people pay and within minutes they got what they ordered. More than 5 people ordered and got their stuff before I did. The lady doing the raspados didn’t know who ordered what. I didn’t get my stuff until I told her. Besides that the raspado didn’t taste like a raspado. It was more like a smoothie. And it tasted weird. I’m not going there again. Horrible service and raspado.

I love the tortas here! Carne asada is pretty good. I come here pretty often. Looks like a hole in the wall but definetly worth a shot. Not very much space on the inside so feels a bit clammy. Not totally sure how i feel about the price of foods either but the taste is good.

This place is … wow. Totally unassuming, but the food is top notch. I had one carne asada taco and one taco de birria(which came with a consommé). The best tacos and consommé outside of Mexico City(or ones grandma would make if one would have a grandma that makes great tacos). I am sure they have other good things on the menu, but quite frankly this place is one of those places where you can’t go wrong.

Bought a freshly squeezed juice and noticed little black dots on the lid so I removed it and found 10+ mosquitoes floating inside the cup. Aside from the restaurant being filthy, the cashier lacks experience. Not sure why this place is still open. If you decide to eat here after reading this review make sure to check for little crawlers.

This place was great. I went on Thanksgiving and came away 100% satisfied. The tacos were delicious. The taco bar for extras is fresh and plentiful. But, the real reason I’m going five-stars on El Taco Rapido is the raspados. I had a walnut(!) raspado and it was stunningly good – worth the drive just to get that. The behind the counter help was friendly and recommended the walnut raspado to me, something I otherwise would have never ordered. BOOM! Five-stars it is!

I’ve been here a handful of times, dine-in and take-out. All experiences have been pleasant so far. The girl out front is always really nice to me. They have the best carnitas I’ve had in a long time, lean and well seasoned. Their raspados are awesome. I’ve had the guanabana and tamarindo ones so far. So yummy! I’d never had a bionico til I got one here. I guess it’s a Hispanic parfait lol It was pretty good so it might not be a healthy choice.

First of all it is a «hole in the wall» place, had been driving by it for years. building does not look very appealing. I tried it veru hesitantly and was very surprised by how delicious the food is. Tacos de asada/cabeza/lengua… oh my god! is not enough. The salsa bar had awesome fresh salsas specially the green one, I always have to take some to go! They also have have fruits there, generous amout of frsh food for the price and very well put together. The service is great it is family owned we always maked conversation with one of the three ladies that work there. I would advise not to be discouraged by the outside look of the place.

Food is expensive and the meat didn’t taste good at all. The juices is the only thing I think they have going for them.

this place opened up about a few weeks ago. at night they have music blasting and a taquero outside in the patio. inside they wear orange shirts and tell you what kind of juices they have instead of putting them on the menu. they have burritos, tacos, bionicos, fresh fruit juices, but they have a large selection of tortas. i was craving a torta and decided to drop in and see whats poppin. i decided to go with a torta Lambada which had carne asada, chorizo, and cheese. All tortas come with crema, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. the torta is pretty large enough to fit across a regular plate. and this one was pretty good. there wasn’t alot of oil coming out of the torta due to the chorizo so it hit the spot. the inside dining area is pretty small and the ceiling feels low so you may feel a little too tall for the room. i got mine to go. they don’t have any prices on the menu so i was surprised to pay 7.25 for my torta and 4.25 for my banana smoothie which was almost to smooth because it was mostly milk. if you’re picky about how much you pay, then ask before you make your decision and cash only here so far.
