Top-​tier service at this location. Liz is awesome! We came here to repair some major scratch marks on our bumper and fender. Liz was very honest on pricing, didn’t try to sell us on the most expensive option and suggested we start with touch-​ups (versus replacing the entire number which would have been super expensive). When we got our car back, we couldn’t even tell where the scratches were, they did a meticulous job on the touch ups. Thank you guys so much again!

After receiving awful service from BMW Beverly Hills I left and came here to Eli’s (just to have my light fixed). Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced since moving to LA!!! I was first greeted by Liz who organized the whole process for me and gave me immediate assistance. Benny came out and helped me install what I needed for my car and within minutes I was out of there.

Having just bought a car, I was thrilled to be mobile again on the streets of Los Angeles. But within a few days, I’d already gotten a parking ticket for (are you kidding me?) not having a front license plate… who knew?
Rolled into Eli’s without an appointment and Liz and Mauricio helped me out immediately. They were nice, funny, and efficient. Within a few minutes, they’d affixed the license plate securely, waived the fee, and I was on my way. The folks at Eli’s have definitely earned my business for all future vehicle needs!

Eli’s is the finest auto body shop in Los Angeles, without a doubt. I have had a few misfortunes while driving lately, and have taken my BMW to Eli’s for repair. The work done has restored my car to as-​new quality, and the work has been completed in a reasonable amount of time.
As for the staff, they are the definition of customer service. Everyone at Eli’s gives 100% to the customer, and makes it known to you that your patronage is appreciated.
You will see top of the line cars like Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and Land Rover here as well as ordinary cars. Yet, everyone gets the same red carpet treatment. I would never consider any other body shop.

Elis Collision Repair made things SUPER easy and quick for me! Ask for DANNY Shamam!!! The entire staff is super helpful, friendly, quick, precise and knowledgable! Danny went WAY above and beyond ALL I asked for — he answered my numerous questions with no problem and was ALWAYS glad to help me understand the process!!! Danny always had a smile on his face and a kind demeanor– which made getting my car fixed that much easier! I brought my brand new G-​Wagon into Eli’s Collision Repair after being backed into by another car! I was so bummed because I just bought this car and only had it for 2 weeks but already someone hit it! PS. If you have a LUXORY car, bring it to Elis– you will be happy you did! I will not take my car anywhere else! Car looks like it did when I just bought it! They also washed it and vacuumed inside at no cost and gave me tips for keeping it looking brand new!

Brought in my Porsche SUV following a ding and was welcomed and helped by Patty. She was great, helpful and reassured me everything was going to be ok on my 2 week old car. She was truly awesome!

I brought my Supercharged 2010 Range Rover in to fix body damage. Eli’s quoted me $ 3600. I felt that the quote was very high for the amount of work and subsequently decided to take it to another shop.
When I took the car to Paulee Body Shop on La Cienega I was given a quote for $ 850 for the same repair job.
Paulee’s service was amazing and the results were incredible.

My dealing with Eli’s was extremely pleasant. Elizabeth (Liz) was our point person throughout the repairs on the rear bumper of our Audi Q5 and kept us in the loop throughout the process. She was super patient and knowledgable about all things repair and insurance related and helped expedite the process as much as possible when the at fault party’s insurance company took an exceedingly long time to get out to their facility and do their initial assessment. She oversaw the work and we were really happy with the final product. Looks like new! Thanks. Highly recommended for workmanship and professionalism.

My Porsche needed to go into surgery. A driver that was texting and driving t-​boned me. I called my dealership and ELI’s was their preferred repair facility. Liz was my file handler. She was friendly, very informative and went out of her way to have additional scratches on my vehicle polished out.
I loved their customer service and the work their work is flawless.

I highly recommend Eli’s Collision as your number 1 stop for all body repairs. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Liz T. was a pleasure to be in contact with. I just got my first Audi and it takes me to school and back.
I was rear ended and I didn’t know what to do. While looking for certified repair facilities, Eli’s caught my eye on Unilocal.I did see a few reviews that it was a slow shop, but that didn’t stop me from going. Do I want a quick sloppy job? Or do I want a slow quality job?
My bumper was replaced using an OEM bumper. There were no additional damages so my bumper job took a week and a half for repairs. They worked with my insurance company State Farm. I’m extremely happy with the repairs and I’d go there again if need be.

If you have a foreign car please take it here for touch ups or any major body work. I have a Porsche 911 and came in to have them look to see if my car needed any touch up work.
Liz was super helpful and gave a few recommendations for how to protect my paint job. She even had someone do a minor touch up at NO COST. I’ll come back here for sure if my car ever needs any sort of body work!!!

I had a tiny dent on my back bumper on my 2015 Audi A3 when someone lightly hit me from behind at a stop sign — the Audi dealership told me that they outsource to Eli’s.
I called Eli’s and was told that I could make an appointment for an estimate but the person who arranges appointments — Rui — was not in. Rui called me back within 30 minutes but I missed his call, so I called him back (10 minutes later) and left a message with the receptionist. An hour later, I still did not receive a call, so I called again and finally got through to Rui and he was super friendly and told me I could just come in and did not need an appointment. Sigh.
I then headed to Eli’s (on a Friday) and a woman helped me right away and gave me an explanation of the dent/​ding and told me that the estimate could be higher, tbd only after they removed the bumper. She was professional and knowledgeable and took pictures and told me she would email me with an estimate that night. She did not. I let the weekend pass and called for that same woman on Tuesday to see if the estimate was in. It was not but she said she would review it with her supervisor and then email me that night.
You can probably see where this is going.
I waited three more days, for a total of one week, and still was without an estimate. I called again and left a message asking that the estimate be sent to my email address. I cannot imagine this will happen. I have no clue why other Unilocalers got their estimates in such a short time or why I never received one. I have no choice but to go to another certified collision center. I was told that the repair would take 1 — 3 weeks, depending on total damage, but given Eli’s track record on just giving me the estimate, I can only imagine how long it would *really* take.

Unfortunately my neighbor backed up into my car in our garage:(. I called Audi and was able to bring it by for a look. Rui from Eli’s was there to help me out. He was super fast, nice and honest. He emailed me a quote within a few hours. The quote was clear and itemised, and included anything we discussed. He worked with me on a plan to try some polishing first as the damage did not seem to bad. I was able to bring my car to their shop the following week and it was a piece of cake! Lucky for me all the scratches disappeared with the polish technique they used, (lucky for my neighbor as well).
My overall experience with Rui, and the folks at Eli’s was top notch, so thank you to them, and I would highly recommend them if you ever have damage to your car.

I took my Audi Q5 to Eli’s. Nick Arnado took care of car he was very professional and friendly. He communicated well and kept me informed of the progress.
The work done was neat I got it back like it was brand new. I wish nobody hits me again but if they do Eli’s and Nick are there for me

I was rear-​ended recently while driving my nearly-​brand-​new (leased) Audi A4 on the 405N freeway in the pouring rain. (Yes, happy times…). The driver was insured, so my insurance company tendered coverage to the driver’s insurer.
In order to avoid voiding my Audi’s warranty or violating the lease terms, I had to take the Audi to a certified Audi repair shop. My Audi dealer recommended Eli’s Collision Repair (the small satellite location practically next door to the Santa Monica Audi dealership — what a coinky-​dink! — though for some reason this outpost doesn’t come up on Unilocal.)
From the very beginning, getting my car repaired at Eli’s was more of a hassle than it should have been. Clearly, the shop is busy and finds it difficult to manage its customer load… but why should that be MY problem?
The guy who I interfaced with at Eli’s was David Parker. While it wouldn’t be fair to say, categorically, that he was totally unresponsive, there were (too many) occasions on which I had to ping him a few times before he finally responded to my e-​mail or calls. And when I asked for explanations over the phone of why my car had to be in the shop for 3 weeks for a relatively minor repair (it’s because the insurance company had to keep sending out inspectors to authorize each successive repair), he was a little impatient and testy with me.
On the other hand: David did offer to fix other little cosmetic things since the car was already in the shop (although they missed a noticeable spot on one of my mirrors), and did arrange for my rental car. And towards the end, when it came time for him to get paid, he was a little more «friendly» and responsive.
Still, if I didn’t have to go to Eli’s to avoid voiding my Audi’s lease, I think I’d go elsewhere.
